Arby's — Restaurant in Battle Creek

I went there 2/10/2024 for take our dinner, the wait was long as they only had one shift manager and two worker bees. Ordered out meals, long wait to get the meals, when it was being bagged up my roast beef and cheese sandwiches were wrong so they had to remake them, while the other food was ready, when they were done and i was given the food I got home to discover that the curly fries were cold and my sandwiches appeared to not be remade, if they were they changed how they do the roast beef as it wasn't shaved and the lack of cheese made it worse. To spend 24 bucks for 3 sandwiches a curly fry and one bottle water is ridiculous and OUTRAGEOUS, and when I had to wait so long to get the food and it wasn't that good and cold makes it a bad experience. This is the first time we have eat there in about 2 years, we would t be back anytime soon of ever. This food is already highway robbery food and they skimp bad on the portions but to continue to raise the prices and give the customers cold unacceptable food is NOT GOOD BUSINESS !! We would have been happy if they wait resulted in good tasting food that wasn't cold or lack of portions on the beef and...

WE WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD!

The staff was kind and tried to amend their mistakes. HOWEVER, that was the only redeeming feature of the restaurant.

I would highly suggest an actual sit down restaurant because you'd get food significantly faster. We waited for our meals for 45 minutes.

At least a dozen people were served before we received our meals. And when we asked about our order it became apparent they forgot to put the order in.

This Arby's location seems understaffed and the staff present was kind which is why I am leaving 2 stars and not 1 star. However the staff was moving as if in slow motion the entire wait.

When we finally got our food it was COLD. The ranch with the meal was already opened.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS ARBY’S!!!! I was rudely greeted by the manager who said her name was Mary. As a Truck Driver she had no empathy whatsoever for the profession. Although the dining area was closed due to covid, I asked how were truck drivers to place their orders. She replied, to walk thru the drive-thru. She did not offer to take our orders so that it could be ready by the time it was our turn or nothing!!!! Mind you, it is 40 degrees outside!!!! If you have any respect for the profession that literally moves America-do not go there! The manager doesn’t care!
