First of all, I have never left a review in my life, however I felt it necessary in this case. The server was as apathetic as humanly possible. I waited several minutes for her to come to the front... No big deal, she's probably busy prepping. She gets there and states, "what do you want?" Still, I'm polite.. give my order, please and thank you, etc. Ordered a deluxe, she drops half the meat from the container into the bin, ignores that it ever happened. Sandwich is in the toaster, so she takes a personal call. She continues on with the sandwich making process while talking about personal life, just looking up and staring when she's ready for my input. Everything is an inconvenience. Waiting for the total, and since she's still on the phone she points to the screen. She didn't see the drink right in front of her, huge inconvenience to add. Eye roll. Finally done, paid, go to get drink. Drink one is out, all carbonation. Drink two, same thing. Get my drink, and against my better judgement decide to let her know several are out. She's still on personal call, and rolls her eyes and goes back to talking. Never acknowledged I had spoke.
Like I said, I don't usually give reviews, but good Lord... Maybe you shouldn't work at Subway, or customer service in general, if customers are such an inconvenience.
Edit: The sandwich was absolutely terrible. The vegetables all tasted old and stale. The peanut butter cookie was awesome though. What a complete waste of money, with the exception of the cookie. Way to ruin my...

Went in there and could tell the guy was new, was super patient and let him answer lots of questions and after about 30 mins we get home with our sandwich, my chicken was incorrect and both of our sandwiches were not toasted, we tried to call to get a refund and the woman on the phone started going hysteric saying we can't have one and that we were lying, that that's how it's made... Read moreThe worker Joanne did horrible service she was swatting away flys off my sons 6 inch sub and wouldn't replace it. charge me something I did not order and when asked to fix it she just scream and yelled at me to leave. just a horrible experience will not be going there sad too to because that was my First time ever getting a sub there do better get better employees than this.
