True North Ice Cream — Restaurant in Battle Creek

I have been coming to the BC location for a couple years now. I love the ice cream BUT the last couple of times I have come to get a treat- this same worker refuses to give a sample. She stated one time- if more than one person is in line, we cannot offer a sample. I arrived today- both workers were sitting on the counter behind the register, I asked for a sample and she stated they are not allowed to give samples...... I'm sorry but I will not purchase something I am not sure of without trying it first. Most of the time I try one ice cream before I purchase esp if the one I love is not available.
