BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Battle Creek

Giving three stars because I almost always have an excellent experience here, I think they’re training someone new maybe? My drink today was foul- no other word for it.

It’s supposed to be a frozen vanilla bean latte with an extra shot, but I taste no vanilla and it is extremely bitter and not mixed well at all. There was also no whipped cream on it, which I usually just let that go because I get some locations want you to specify whipped cream for some reason (the drink is supposed to come with whipped cream when you order it as is, so this is a minor pet peeve of mine.)

I don’t have time before my shift at work to turn around and go back to Biggby and I was feeling really tired and needing the energy this evening, so needless to say this was a disappointing experience when I can usually rely on this location to provide consistently excellent drinks and service. Moral of the story- fully train your new hires before allowing them to make drinks unsupervised, because genuinely, this would have been enough for me to cross your location off my list permanently if not for having nothing but good experiences in...

I love Biggby coffee! My favorite coffee shop, and I live near the one on Columbia Ave, and is the one I visit most. The employees are always friendly & nice. The price of coffees there is very competitive, I can get the same sized frozen coffee, with an extra shot of expresso at McDonald's for around the same price, but the quality of the coffees at Biggby is so much more in my opinion! My favorite coffee I get there is Frozen caramel Teddy Bear with a extra shot of espresso. If you haven't tried out Biggby coffee yet, and you like coffee its worth it to stop by and grab one, either inside or drive through. They also have rewards cards you can get for free, so every time you get coffee there, you will get a free one after you buy so many. Also, I've the coffee cups & mugs they have to sell inside. I often get coupon's thru the mail that comes free with all restaurant coupons we get once a month, for Biggbys. Normally get BOGO free coffee's, so I most definitely always use the coupons, they are worth using. I always feel in heaven when leaving Biggby with my frozen Teddy...

Usually pretty good but last time I went in the lady was very quick and very rude with me. Edit: went again and they put a rotten strawberry in my drink. Absolutely disgusting. Apparently it's half and half with this place. Sometimes they don't have enough workers sometimes they're rude sometimes they're not. Sometimes they're absolutely amazing. I have a stroke trying to keep up with it so I'm just going to give them two stars. All right now we're back to one star because "they heard cold brew" and would not change my drink to what I originally ordered which was hot. They also didn't care to read my order back to me at the drive-thru. It was only two drinks. Literally the worst Big bee. I've been sitting here for 20 minutes this time and there is a single person in front of us waiting...
