ONLY reason it gets 4/5 stars is due to service issues but I also GET it bc it is ALWAYS super busy when we come! One waitress in particular can be a bit flaky and they are so busy that they are bouncing all over doing various tasks and trying to keep up with orders. Parking lot is always full and can be a bit tight getting in and out at times. The food is excellent though. I am VERY picky on steaks and the surf and turf here is my Go-to. Nice mixed crowd,ambiance and music (jukebox Im guessing although havent seen it personally). The drinks are STRONG. Prices are good. They have a couple video machines as well as Keno going. Only other con is I wish there was space to add a dj or band and dancing. If they could do this it would be hands down my fav place in BC greater area! Let me tell you, the majority of my family absolutely loved this place and cannot wait to go back! My son (25, autism) did not get enough to eat with the shrimp basket but is planning to get the same pizza flatbread that his brother has at this visit. The rest of the food was beyond any words to describe. Everyone fully enjoyed practically everyone and we will definitely be back.

It was slightly disheartening though, when one of us told the server that she had her husband break the seal on a water bottle because her hands are no longer strong enough to do so herself and the server laughed.

We went here for the first time tonight because we had a gift card my boyfriend won in a golf outing raffle. The outside of the building well-kept though a bit nondescript. We arrived around 8PM.

Inside was very clean and well-laid out. There was a mix of various sporting events and music videos playing on the televisions. There were many people at the bar and a few at tables. The waitstaff was friendly, attentive, and well-spoken. The food was ready quickly, it was hot, it was cooked well, and both our orders were correct. The prices were reasonable. We both ordered burgers.
