Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bay City

they refused to sell me a cheese pizza because of "corperate rules". when i told them i cant eat peperoni because of religious purposes the manager hung up on me. i immediately called back and some random kid who answered called me "an f'd up person". i called corperate to complain and they said the owner of the business would call me to resolve the problem but the owner never called. i went to another little Caesars in bay city and they served me a cheese pizza no problem and we all had a good laugh over the weird, possibly racist, staff at the center ave location. wish i would give these people...

They literally said "we won't put extra butter and cheese on crazy bread because people were bringing them back and getting them replaced for not having enough on them"

Oh so your solution to that problem is just not offering a product that the customer ACTUALLY wants at all? Great marketing strategy.

Also, you'd think with the job scarcity you could find employees willing to answer questions, instead of making a customer call 3 different stores to find out why they are the only pizza joint in the area that won't modify their item...

My favorite little caesars in the Bay City area. If I want pizza and are on a tight budget this is my go to. The hot and ready pizzas are always fresh. If you choose to order a custom pizza it's always hot and fresh as well. Never skimpy on toppings, crust always cooked perfectly, the sauce is good way better than pizza hut.
