Was refused to purchase rolling papers.., said I wasn’t of age and that I needed to be 21 to purchase them.. I calmly explained you only need to be 18 years of age to purchase any tabcacco product that does not contain nicotine and she got loud with me telling me I was wrong so I just walked away.. I am writing this review because I’m a Staff leader at the liquor store I work for.. so i know a thing or two about being behind the counter.. refusing to sell a Tobacco product that does not contain nicotine (lighters, rolling papers, tubes, tobacco rollers) and yelling at the customer when I am of age is not to be tolerated and shouldn’t be at any store.. learn Michigan law and know your job and have better people skills behind the counter instead of escalating a situation that did not need to be escalated.. if your reading this thank you for your time. Ow and are the employees T.A.M certified? Because if so she would’ve known that I was legal to purchase them.. all cashiers in the state of Michigan must be T.A.M certified if the store sells alcohol and Tobacco products if not the owner...
Read moreI have a problem with employee of Linda . When i came in sunday afternoon i asked her to cashed my two tickets called 20 x the cash a blue color tickets and she says the machine is down. And she gave me two sctrach off tickets, she cashed mine one ticket of $5 and i knew she did. because she scanned it when the computer is on. awhile i left to other the store. the employee told me someone cashed my ticket $5 and also cashed other ticket $25 i got money for my wife. i go back to rebel and told linda u did cashed my ticket $5 u owe me. she won't let me get my $5 back when i have won. she stolen my money! i got upset and not happy. Linda is bad employee. I knew i dont trusted her at all. Iam very angry! Because i bought 6 tickets sold in machine from meijer in bay city i bought for my wife and her mom for mother's day .
