Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Hampton Township

Good donuts and service, but there is room for improvement. Weeks ago I pre-ordered donuts for around 20 people at work. The young lady accepted the flyer and payment I brought in and seemed to care about pleasing my workplace crowd. The following morning I came in and the order was ready within a minute and they even threw in an extra donut. I was impressed. There has been a couple of times since then that I came in to get donuts for work. I pre-ordered and I had to wait the following morning for the order to be assembled. I paid the day before and gave a pickup time so I am not sure why they weren't ready. The young man was friendly but not quite as concerned as the young lady from before. The donuts were also a bit more dry. I had to speed a little to be on time for work.

11/9/24 edit: Went from 4 to 2 stars. Placed order 9898 at 905a. I stood there and all 3 ladies saw me at the counter. Several minutes until someone checked in as to why I was standing there. I said "9898 please" to the young blonde gal. She nicely acknowledged it then disappeared into the back room. Waited until 925a until anyone checked again. It took 20 minutes for 1 donut and a simple drink! Save yourself time and walk into Kroger for a donut. I promise you will save yourself...

Almost every time we go in there and we get a extra large french vanilla cappuccino and that's all we get! almost a quarter cup every time is nothing but foam and I brought it to their attention numerous times they don't hardly ever want to correct it or replace my drink or simple result I just want it topped off a full cup half tempted to quit going to this one and boycott that one and go to the other one that's five miles down on wilder Rd cuz it seems like every time we go to that one we get our order correct and a full cup and cheaper the picture was after I went back up and complained about a quarter of my cup gone still like and eighth of a cup is still gone and for like $4 I expect my drink to be full this time the foam was on my finger but where the liquid was was like 2 inches down this time come on guys

Edit now this is a year later almost and still going on center Ave essexville mi is the only one that does this so over period of time you guys prob have stole a few hundred dollars of my money that I work hard for and dont care and you guys till haven't done anything about it to compensate me for anything well we are done going to that one for...

Every time my daughter and I go here there is NEVER donuts. I finally asked them "when do I need to be here to get donuts?" She said before noon. So after my daughter's miserable doctors appointment all she wanted was darn a vanilla dip donut. That they never have. It was before noon so I asked if they had the vanilla dip donuts they said yes! My daughter lit up with excitement. Then they completely messed up our order and gave us cream filled donuts. When I went back through to try an get it fixed, the guy acted like I was lying. I offered for him to take the donuts back or I will throw them away in front of him but nope he wanted to charge me the same price again "For 2 less donuts" I told him "seriously that is effing ridiculous." but... I needed the donuts so I pulled up to the window, he seriously opened the window and said with an attitude that he was not selling them to me. When I asked to speak to a manager. he rudely said he was the district manager then sarcastically told me to have a nice day. All my daughter wanted was a darn vanilla dip donut.
