This place here dont care about your business with them if you are not buying in bulks. I went there to get some custom shirt prints a about a week ago from this date. I made sure to tell the sales person what i wanted and they offered me the chance to see a preview of the work through email before i pick up my order. I got a call telling me my order is ready to pick up but when i asked them why i didnt get a preview email, all i got from them was "i dont know why or what happen". Went to pick up my order and found one shirt missing from the 8 i ordered, i asked about it and they told me they dont know. I felt disrespected because i paid for serevice i didnt get 100%, i mention this and the woman wrote it down for the boss to address the next day. Unfortunately the next day i went to pick up the owner had a return check ready for me because according to him he rather give back my money than fix the problem. Long time customer of this business. I took a custom made Santa Bag here to be embroidered. The placement was totally wrong as you can see from the pictures below. Who ever did this gave no thought to how this would look, did not bother to call me and discuss a better placement. Upon pick up, they offered to re do, but there was no guarantee they would not damage the bag when tearing out the stitching. There was no apology and I had to pay for it. I cannot gift this bag looking like that, it was a total waste of money not only for the embroidery but the cost of the custom bag itself. Beware of the work here.
