Rally's — Restaurant in Bay City

I went into this store with 15 minutes to eat.. when I left I had 2 minutes to get to my appointment just 5 blocks away. This was at 1:45pm, with only 1 car in front of me, and zero cars in the other drive through. Just as I was about to back up to go to the other drive, another vehicle pulled up, and was to the window before my order was even taken. Very poor construction of my sandwich, when I asked for no pickles and 3 were on it, and looked like someone who never made a sandwich before handled it; bun was not all the way on but was sliding off even in the wrapper, and the fries on the burger were kinda just thrown on nearly missing the meat. I will not be getting my favorite burger ever again from that particular Rally's.. and I would suggest that if the 4 workers that I noticed that day couldn't keep up with the 5 total cars I was in line with, then maybe anyone who wants some delicious Rally's should try...

Absolutely disgusted with this place, i go at 11 and get a mother cruncher chicken sandwich and the lady taking our order is rude bc they have to make the chicken fresh and said “that’s gonna be like a full wait” and we just said okay. then she was just being short with us and rude, eventually we get up to the window and our foods done like that and they hand it to us and we leave. i took a few bites of my sandwich turned on the light and it was RAW. I am a culinary student and know you should always temp your chicken the whole chicken was pink and i was disgusted. no refund or anything they just “remade” my sandwich, and i just threw it out bc i didn’t have an appetite...

They are one of the cheapest fast food joints in the area. It doesn't come without sacrifice though. I'm not a drive though person, we have too many special orders to rely on a hopeful speakers system, so I order at the window. In the winter I don't stop, because I don't like standing out in the elements waiting for our food. Another issue I have is they don't have a dine in the area from the elements, so again it's the weather that plays a factor to eat here or not. Though most people won't have these quirks and will do drive-through. I've just had too many times with drive through orders...
