Playa Bowls — Restaurant in Bay Head

I was at Jenkinson’s the other day with my family and noticed that there was a Playa Bowls. I’ve never tried a Playa Bowl before that day so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. However, when they handed me my bowl… it was absolutely gorgeous AND it tasted better than it looked. I got the Nutelloco which has a coconut flavoured base similar to texture of a sorbet. It’s topped with granola, blueberries, strawberries, banana, and coconut chips. It was absolutely delicious and the bowls are massive so it was great to share with my family. I ordered on the app and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I gave an extra 10 minutes to pick up in case it was busy. Told me another 20-25 minutes. Waited, still wasn’t called and I saw people order after me and got their order. Went and asked about mine. Well the reason it wasn’t done because the order slips weren’t being moved. Older orders stayed and the new orders got placed at the head of the line. The parking in non existent. i parked behind the building and was confronted by an employee from Charlie’s restaurant sawing this is a private lot and was on the phone to have me towed . There is very limited street parking . Charlie’s is a very popular restaurant very upscale but if you can’t park how are you going to go to your store?
