This place is outstanding. I cannot say it enough, OUTSTANDING. The portion sizes are insane, we were full after the appetizer course and took 2/3s our entrees and 2/3s our desserts home. We were lucky enough to eat here during Orlando Restaurant Month (which I highly recommend everyone take advantage of. Each restaurant is offering a $35 - 3 course meal) Arancini di Carne - Perfectly fried rice balls, stuffed with meat inside. 3 to an order which was perfect for our party. Outstanding arancini but the spicy marinara really helped to tie the dish together. Added the perfect amount of spice to the dish. Each arancini is the size of a baseball and sits in your stomach like a brick. Calamari Fritti - I love calamari and Il Mulino delivers perfect italian calamari. Light, fluffy and crispy all tied with super fresh tasting calamari. Definitely not from a bag, it was absolutely hand breaded. The flakiness of each bit is outstanding. Squirt the lemon and dip it into the spicy marinara, you will be really happy. Linguine Alle Vongole - We got both the red and white clam dishes. Neither disappointed. Personally, I like the white better. The clean, garlic, wine, butter and lemon flavors all come through and work well together. The whole clams are a nice touch. Pollo Fra Diavolo - Our least favorite, and only got it because we wanted to try other dishes. It was what you would expect, chicken and sausage tossed in sauce. Nothing to rave about. Tiramisu - This was outstanding. Soft and extremely flavorful with a huge amount of shaved chocolate on top. Cheesecake Italiano - The best italian cheesecake we had at Disney. Fluffy and pillowy texture. This was delicious.

This place was nice upon walking in, looked modern and sleek. I placed my order to go, and we ordered: 1. Calamari fritti- Lightly fried and perfectly cooked. It wasn't chewy. It didn't even need any sauce. 2. Pollo Parmigiana - This was huge and even had a chicken drumstick still attached. I only wished it came with spaghetti or veggies to help balance all the delicious flavors. 3. Side order of spaghetti - Surprisingly, this was delicious and not watery. Went well with pollo parmigiana. 4. Bistecca Ribeye - Cooked perfectly and seasoned so well that you don't even need the chianti sauce. Sauteed spinach was perfectly seasoned. This is a nice way to get me to eat veggies. 5. Rustica pizza - well cooked, wasn't salty. Paired well with steak and chicken parmigiana. Considering we didn't have bread. 5. Ricotta cheesecake - Consistency was different but tasty 6. Torta de Cioccolati - For this being a flourless cake, it was light and not dense. It wasn't super sweet as well 7. Tiramisu - Perfect balance of espresso, chocolate shavings, and lady fingers, etc. It wasn't bitter or super sweet. It paired well with the whipped cream and berries. Overall, the food was amazing. I placed my order to go, and the service was lacking. I asked the lady for bread and she told me it's only for the people that eat at the restaurant. I would've paid for it, but it sounded like it wasn't an option. She knew we were staying at the hotel and with the amount of food I ordered, don't think it's fair that she gave us bread. Maybe it was a one-off situation, but the food was amazing.

Absolutely spectacular meal and service! A darn good trattoria salad, one of the best minestrone soups I’ve ever tasted! Delicious linguine with clams, and a very tasty veal. Their pizza (the busco pie) was crazy good! It was simple but exponentially elevated with the truffle oil as a finish. Not to mention a great wine and bar selection. Another fantastic perk: we were given the option to use a real menu rather that the digital version, which after a 2 week vacation was a pleasant surprise. We’ve eaten at reservation required restaurants each day of our 2week vacation, Il mulino was by far the best! Absolutely amazing 4th anniversary dinner and definitely the best end of our vacation! Only drawbacks: very loud restaurant, very busy. If with a larger group you could request a private room which I suspect quieter. There was a lot going on, a lot of moving pieces, could be overwhelming for some. Service at bar lacked a little and was slower from expected; coming from DC bar experience.

Absolutely one of my best meals ever! Including Little Italy in New York and Boston! Beginning with a complimentary bread basket and antipasti, including a focaccia to make you weep, we knew this was special. My daughter and I were at Disney for the International Flower and Garden Festival and chose the Dolphin as our resting place for the walking convenience straight to the park (although, we also enjoyed taking the Ferry boat a couple of times). Our last day there we choose an early dinner and shared entrees of the mushroom risotto, and the recommended Rigatoni Con Funghi (so delicious). We shared a great ceasar salad and topped off our meal with a beautiful and delicious tiramisu.Complimentary Lemoncello was served (my first taste and I had wanted to raise my taste buds. Why was I so reminded of Lemon Pledge?) Made us laugh but we were so greatful for the experience. We will return in fall for the International Food and Wine Festival.

I’m not going into details, but we got yelled by a sever here - just because I asked to use the curtains. Horrible experience. A place to avoid. Nothing authentic to italien food, and people acting like they’re the godfather just because they can say “bonjourno” — AVOID ALL TIME! NO RESPECT!
