Fragapane Bakeries — Restaurant in Bay Village

Fragapane's is simply the best bakery and deli in the area. The baked pastries, breads, and pizza rolls are scrumptious. The donuts are delicious and hit the spot in the morning. While you're there for morning donuts and coffee, grab yourself a sandwich for lunch. Their sandwiches are perfectly sized, not too little, and not too much for a lunch time meal. They have a great selection of sandwiches made to order, if the choices don't tickle your fancy you can have a custom sandwich made to your liking. The meat and cheeses are top O the line. They have great sides to go with the Sambo. Other drinks and snacks are available as well. Do yourself the favor and stop on in if you haven't been here, you wont be disappointed. I've been going here for at least 20 years and plan to go for another 20 more and another 20...

I normally will never leave a bad review however. I just left here Thursday 5/9/19 @530pm and both girls that were working have the worst attitudes on the planet. I got a bunch of stuff paid, went next door to grab pizza when a lady saw me outside and said I think you forgot your box of pastries so I go back in they already put them back, come to find out they didn't charge for them I had to go back out to get my bag. Never offered a smile, an apology nothing. They really need to teach these girls better customer service, I wouldn't have been so annoyed if they were at least polite!!!! They even told an older woman the pastries had been sitting there all day and weren't fresh (thanks for the honesty) as I paid $15.00 for apparently...

Franapange Bakery It's a little whole in the wall. Located in a strip mall It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The staff were attentive and kind. It's a traditional italian european style but with a variety of well done Pastries- It's family owned by brothers who learned the trade from their father. I have a piece of true sicily cassata cake… It was very good. And I also had some German apple kuchen… They also had regular donuts available. It's a little expensive, but. you're gonna get what you pay for, the owners are using good quality ingredients in their pastries so it's more expensive than people are used to paying. It's well...
