Chili's — Restaurant in Bayamón

The first time I visit service was good and the food great. On my second visit I was so disappointed didn't care for my table asked to be moved their were 3 waitress standing there who I asked to be moved and they just looked at each other ignoring my request I took it upon myself and moved my party to another table was attended by Joshua he was very kind I flaged another waitress and asked her to ask Joshua to come to my table I forgot to order appetizers she said okay but didn't do what I asked at the moment I was telling my party that the service rendor sucked it took a while for him to return since he was attending another table I understand that I was not the only customer but the fact that the young lady didn't bother to inform my waiter got me angry she just stood at her station chatting with the other waitresses what service! When Joshua came back I informed him and asked him to please tell the waitress thank you for her service. The reason she has a job is because of the customers who visit that how she gets a pay check such bad service. As for the food what hell happen! The skirt steak was dry, beans no taste then cold had to return it the veggie rice only had 2 pieces of corn 1 piece of celery what happen to the rest of the veggies the portion was so small the chicken crispper looked old or refried Popeyes are better and cheaper for the cost of this dinner it was not worth it I would not recommend this establishment nor will I ever visit it again. I'm sorry to say I am very disappointed with the service and food provided. The waitress was the only positive thing in the restaurant. We ordered 4 plates of food and three were cold upon arrival. One meal arrived 20 minutes after we finished three of the meals. We sent two meals back to get warmed up. I chose not to return mine. I was hungry. You would think they would discount or comp the last meal but that didn't happen. They said they don't do that. The food arrived hot so my daughter ate it. Sadly this was one of my favorite Chili's at this mall, but i do not understand what has happened, maybe management changed and the one that is available doesn't care they do have some amazing staff but other's aren't that good. I have read some of the past reviews and some share my pain, food at times takes too long and when it arrives it's cold or other peoples plate that are at your table don't make it in time by the time it arrives either we are done eating or if we waited it's cold....
