City Lites — Restaurant in Baytown

This is my fourth or fifth time here I can’t really remember. But I came here to find a new bar home because my prior experiences were awesome. But today is unreal. The bartender takes a good minute to finish her conversation with her bar friends, first before even acknowledging me and or helping me. Then the bartender/bar help regulars are not so friendly and welcoming. And as far as my drink order I pre-paid for three drinks, but that doesn’t mean I can’t change my mind. So she made me get the same drink even though I was wanting something different and cheaper, but the money was still on there. And then The unprofessional part of screaming out loud to the cameras that she needs a raise. Whilst making shots for her and her bar friends again not acknowledging that I need a drink. I truly hope it’s just a weekend Sunday thing today, and it’s a holiday so nobody really wants to be here. But nonetheless that doesn’t mean that I’m not trying to spend money
