I placed my order online in hopes that they wouldn't be able to mess it up. Boy, was I wrong. When the pizza and wings that I ordered got there they were 20 minutes late. Then when I opened the pizza the top edges of the pizza were burned. Then I opened the wings. The wings looked like that they only had a drizzle of sauce on them. I don't like pizza, but my kids do. And my 6 yr old daughter eats the wings. So I thought that it wasn't a big deal. I decided that I was going to call just to tell them that their quality was slipping. I talked to one guy don't remember what his name is. I told him my concern. When I told him that my pizza was burned he told me that "We just got our ovens cleaned and that has been happening a lot" I told him i was more upset about the wings then anything else.He told me that he could send me out more wings but the previous experiences, I didn't think that was a good idea so I said no. He offered that I talked to a manager. I said that I would like that.
As I was talking to the manager "Jacob",he asked me what he could do to make it right. I told him the same thing. He told me the same thing that the other guy did only he added that he has only been there a month and a half and that they are working on the pizza burning problem. I informed him that I work in the food industry also and that I understand about the oven. I was more upset about the wings. I was then told that they don't have a bowl to toss the wings in. That made me more upset. I told him that I have ordered from this location and have gotten better wings then that. He then told me that I should take it easy on him since i work in the food industry as well. I told him that if i was eating at my job that and they got my order messed up that i would yell at the kitchen not at the server. He then told me "What do you want me to do? Yell at the oven?!" I told him that he shouldn't be talking to me like that and that I would call corporate. I did. There was no one there. I emailed them instead. Read moreGood evening I just recently at 6:24 PM made an order at Domino’s Pizza at North Alexandria St. in Baytown, Texas online. I was tracking my order, and the tracker kept showing that my order was in the prepping stage and beneath the tracker it was posting saying that a female by the name of Claudia had began prepping my order at 6:24 PM this Friday evening. I checked again 15 minutes later and it showed that my order was still in the prepping stage. So 30 minutes later I called the store to find out if the app was working or if something was wrong with the app. The young lady assured me that the app sometime doesn’t work like it should which I can understand it, but she was also telling me that she couldn’t find my order are the name wasn’t popping up so she asked for my address and I gave her my address and so she began to tell me I’m sorry you order isn’t popping up then she said OK there’s your order, but went on to tell me that my order was still in the preparation stage so I asked to cancel the order .the reason why I’m posting this because I believe that where I live in the neighborhood that I live in is not a bad neighborhood but it has Black people live here and it has Latinos and Mexicans lives here and it also has white people it’s not the most upscale neighborhood but it’s not a not a neighborhood field with crime or anything going on here that I know of and I’ve been living here for over two years now but I truly believe that my order was not placed by Domino’s Pizza because where I’m located at I truly believe that I was discriminated because of where this neighborhood is at and the people that reside in this...
Read moreIm very upset... I called this specific location at 10:30 pm and was on the phone for 5 minutes with the person who answered (james) telling him about my order. I specifically ordered a chicken alredo pasta and medium pepperoni pizza with a 2 liter mr. Pibb . I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my food. My kids were waiting for pizza night as usual and their movie....well we never got our order. I waited and waited thinkn maybe theyre just really busy.....time goes by and nothing. I call back at 12 to check why my order is taking so long and the girl tells me im sorry maam the person that took your order just left. Without ever putting my order into the system. Smh really? Now my kids missed out on their pizza. I called back but by then said the store was closed and i would now have to order online. I love yalls pizza but this was a big no no. Even if i wanted to call pizza hut theyre closed also. Ruined my whole movie night with my kids....
