Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Beatrice

The owner of this Scooters is amazing; super nice, most of the employees are very polite and the drinks are good!

However, the manager of this particular Scooters, Catherine Delaine better known as 'Cat', feels entitled to treat others (workers and employees) how she sees fit based on her mood (which 9.9 times out of 10 is negative). I've been here several times and she's always treated me with disrespect and I've never seen her smile.

Catherine Delaine lacks professionalism, basic customer service skills, and refuses to take constructive criticism as a tool of self improvement. As a manager it is her JOB to be a role model and uphold standards she expects from her staff. She's done everything from shutting the drive thru windows in my face while I was in mid sentence to slamming my drink down on the counter, even yelling at other workers in front of customers.

I definitely recommend trying Scooters, but not when she is working because you will have one of the worst customer service experiences and no polite, paying customer deserves to be...

I’ve been coming here a long time. Majority of the time happy with the service. Today, I was exceptionally happy. I’ve had a rough morning and placed my order. So rough, I am 99% sure I told them Iced and not blended. I got to the window and he handed me an iced coffee. I said to myself out loud that I must have ordered wrong. He let me keep the drink and they immediately made a new blended one for me. The best part of the whole thing? Even tho he had a mask on, I could tell he gave me a big smile and told me to have a wonderful day!

We love Scooter’s. My boyfriend and I are truck drivers so we go to Scooter’s everywhere, all the time. This BY FAR was the WORST experience! The girls were rude, didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in or to take our order. We were the only customers in the building. This location puts a bad rep on the Scooter’s name and we will more than likely not return to this location. Our coffees tasted slightly bitter which they’re not when coming from other Scooter’s. I’m hoping management will address this because it’s seems like we’re not the only ones receiving this...
