Chloe's Burgers — Restaurant in Beaumont

I randomly saw this on Facebook and since I was on that side of town I decided to pop in. I got the classic burger meal which is a cheeseburger. The bun was excellent, the burger itself was well cooked with nice crispy outside, albeit a bit overseasoned for my preferences (it wasn't out of line or not edible, plenty of other places in town season similarly and it looked like the season at the time so I can probably ask for lighter seasoning next time), the bun was excellent though. It also comes with waffle fries which were quite good. The one odd thing is while the meal comes with a drink, instead of fountain drinks they have canned sodas. The service was fast and friendly and while it's on the higher side for a burger meal, I think it's worth the stop if you're out there.

Atmosphere does suffer a bit because the food court is still not built back up from where out went down. But the restaurant section itself was well lit and very clean...

We’ve been to Chloe’s twice in just 10 days—it’s that addictive. The first time, we tried the Venezuelan burger, and it instantly became a favorite. The cheese they use is unreal—so rich and flavorful, it pulls the whole thing together beautifully.

This second visit, we got the Venezuelan again (couldn’t resist) and also tried the Avocado Bacon burger—equally delicious! Fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. These aren’t just burgers; they’re experiences.

We also had the Texas Loaded Frank—a total no-brainer if you’re into brisket. Everything is cooked fresh to order, and you can taste the difference in every bite. Even the waffle fries are on point.

So I was at the Parkdale Mall getting my hair done and decided to try Chloé's Burgers everyone's been talking about and it was good. I had the BLT which is a Bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and mayo. The bacon was plentiful and well cooked, the burger patty was large and seasoned and the bun soft but held up well to the toppings. I was excited about the fries from everyone else's reviews and maybe I got a mixed bag. Some were great others tasted old but all in all it was good and I'd go back to try another Burger. There are lots of options to choose from and maybe I'll try sweet potato...
