Great food good price I really don't have anything more to say about this place. The staff are kind and are willing to work with you if you kind of know what you want to eat. Anyone who says that it's just too expensive for a salad is kidding you they clearly went and got lettuce and then didn't put anything else in their bowl. I see plenty of reviews of people saying $30 for two salads. This is stupid. Please realize that you using a mixed salad base and then adding toppings as well as other salad ingredients, such a celery, garbanzo beans and other things along those category, add to the price just as if you were buying things in the real world. You're actually technically getting a discount depending on how you stack your salad to compare it if you were making it at home because the salads we make it home tend to be lettuce topped with salad dressing. Or they use leftovers or things that we serve over several meals. My salad was made with fresh ingredients had pieces of tofu, water chestnut, and pine nuts on top of it. They also added an assortment other toppings. The tofu, water chestnuts and pine nuts at a grocery store fresh would be around $5 of ingredients, the lettuce and other salad bases would add another $3 dollars. Spinach is $1 and with that I'm at $9. With my meal I also got a soup, some bread, and a drink. The fountain drink I would estimate for most stores not including McDonald's to be about $2 to $3 bringing the total up to $12. A bowl of soup is $3 bringing up the total to $15. The bread and all of the other toppings I got would push it above that. My salad was a good deal because I understood that I was at a salad bar and wasn't going there just for lettuce and...

Read moreI decided to give two stars because I always receive good customer service at this location. My problem is that this location perpetuates the stigma that healthier choices have to be more expensive in relation to portion size. I absolutely love Salata with the exception of this location. The salad are absolutely delicious but I am discouraged about returning because there is always an issue when you ask for additional scoops of items. Members of the staff, politely, get upset when you request additional scoops. I almost never get a protein and still pay around $9 for my salad. Then there is an additional charge for extra dressing. Really? That is ridiculous considering you can get a fresh salad with protein from places like Chick-fil-a for much cheaper than their salad without protein. It's understood that restaurants have a bottom line and food cost to worry about; however, we're talking about some of the cheapest food items on the market being overpriced. I have been to many places around Texas that gets fresh items delivered daily that does not cost this much...
