Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Beaumont

Update 7/30/24... Forget their reply below, it means nothing! You go there and they ask you a ton of questions, I'm not spending any more time with this, useless!

Previous... I went to this location since it was near my gym, I never really noticed it being there before. I actually didn't even know if it was open there were no cars in the parking lot and the grass was very high. There was a deal mentioned mentioned on the side of the building and when I requested it the server said it was not available. I explained to her I saw it as I drove in she said no, only the chicken finger box was $5. So I ordered two tacos curly fries and paid over $5. As I ate my snack there in the parking lot, I got online on their website and sure enough there it was, choice of burger, curly fries, taco and a drink. I called the business to ask why I was turned down and he explained to me that he don't know why she did that. So I told him well basically you owe me a burger and drink for what I paid because that is what I wanted. He said you can come back tomorrow and talk to the manager. They are very unprofessional, he could have easily gave me a burger and drink and taking care of it himself. Just the fact that she lied to me right in my face, I was actually wondering why she wouldn't look me in the eye as I was speaking with her. There's no reason that someone serving the public should act in this unprofessional and uncourteous manner! I won't be...

I stopped by this location yesterday and ordered a Southwest grilled chicken salad. Upon ordering the salad, I asked two of the employees if they had everything that goes with this particular salad and they said yes. When the salad was presented to me, it was just the salad and a packet of ranch dressing.

First of all, why would you present a Southwest salad not with the Southwest dressing? This is Southwest salad for God's sake! Southwest dressing should be the default!

I asked for the Southwest dressing and it was given to me. I then asked if they had all of the 'fixins' that normally goes with it like croutons, spicy tortilla chips, etc. They then tell me that they don't have any of that. I did mention that I asked if they had everything that went with the salad, right?

When I sat down to eat my salad I noticed that there were carrots in the salad. Carrots don't go in a southwest grill chicken salad, so it's a parent that they are not following the original recipe for the salad, which is slightly disheartening. In addition to that, I noticed that the container was not necessarily as full as I have grown to be accustomed to when ordering salads from Jack in the box. So not only am I not getting the salad in its entirety that I requested, but I'm also not getting as much of it.

In their defense, the salad was good but there is nothing wrong with getting what you ordered and what...

Pulled up to the 1st Jack in the box..."Can you wait 10 mintues Im counting down a drawer".4:20 a.m. Pulled up to 2nd Jack in the box.... "May I have the 2 for $4 croissants?" "We are out of croissants." "Okay, may I have an ultimate breakfast Sandwich with no sausage and add bacon, On sourdough bread....the combo please?" "Can I have my drink to be a Lg sweet tea, no ice?" "Im sorry, but I have not made the tea yet!" UGHHHHHHH!!!! I AM FIGHTING THE RAIN. LOL I PAY $4.97 for my sandwich. I get home and dry off. Pull my sandwich out.....NO FREAKING SOURDOUGH BREAD!!! And only 1 dang egg. $4.97 for 1 egg, ham, bacon and the bread that I did not ask for!!! I try to call the store phone....just off of the hook!!! Line has been busy for the last 23 minutes!! Everyone and business is entitled to have an off day/night. But to have an off night, at 2 locations, on the same night.....Ughhhhh for me! The hungry customer!! I should of just eaten a bowl cereal!!!! Not a satisfied customer this morning! Waist of time, gas, money and a "Cheat Sandwich"!! It would be nice if somebody from the company would reach out to me, to make this right. Since I am not able to reach the store myself. Line is still busy!! But that probably will...
