Definitely coming back! I ordered myself the gordita plate which comes with 2 and your choice of meat. The food was very delicious! Service was excellent. The place is really nice. Definitely recommend if your wanting to eat some authentic Mexican food. Its also affordable. The horchata water has become my fav from town its not crazy sweet like everywhere else.

My husband and I wanted fried fish tacos for lunch. We were excited to try and support a new business in town but we’re disappointed and ended up leaving. We ordered chili con queso and two plates of fried fish tacos. We were brought a basket of chips and salsa while waiting for our order. By the time the queso was served our basket of chips was all but empty. We asked for chips to be brought out 3 different times for our queso. We also had to ask for napkins. Then our plates came out and had grilled fish tacos, not fried fish tacos. The first waitress that attempted to deal with our issue brought our plates back and said that they were fried. I stated that the menu offered grilled fish tacos or fried fish tacos which are battered, these were grilled. Another waitress asked what we ordered, we explained. She went to the kitchen then came back out apologizing that they did not have fried fish for tacos today. All the while still no chips brought out for our very small $8 queso. We opted to pay for our queso and drinks and leave. In addition to our issue, another couple sitting nearby had to send one of their orders back twice while we were sitting there. Hopefully they got that order right after we left. As another review from a few days ago stated, it was also very hot in there. We will not be back.

Well, I thought it was going to be a pleasant dining experience. However, while I was eating my meal; I found what looked like a string of hair on my plate. So you know, after that I was done. Didn't make a big deal of the situation. But that just lets me know that I will not be back to patronize. The server didn't act like he cared that I had something in my plate...smh

Very good! Definitely give it a try! Appears to be a family ran restaurant. We received everything in a timely manner, but it wasn't busy either. Staff was friendly. Chips with warm salsa. Several mocajete choices. My mocajete combo, especially the shrimp, was fabulous! Birria torta and enchiladas also great! I did not see any beer for sale. Will return.

Been eating Mexican food in Beaumont for more than 30 years. This place has brought a fresh approach to the cuisine. Absolutely love this place. It all starts with the salsa and it is really flavorful. Had several different main courses and have enjoyed every one of them. This is the best kept secret in Beaumont!

This is a hidden gem! Great food and great service at a fair price. I will say, it’s not your typical “Tex-Mex” menu, it’s a more authentic menu with some Tex Mex mixed in. I had the Sopes and I would highly recommend! It actually came with two, but I ate one before I remembered to snap a picture 😋
