Subway — Restaurant in Beaumont

Subway downtown. Rude service. Asked if I could have my chicken heated up for my sandwich and was told "no it's already hot". Well it absolutely wasn't. Then told the next lady that I wanted a few jalapenos; about dozen and a half jalapenos later she stopped throwing them on. So much for having my sandwich made the way I wanted. Why would they even bother asking me if they were just going to fix it the way...
