Little Woodrow's Beaumont — Restaurant in Beaumont

I'm reviewing this place from the perspective of all 5 of my family members. We wanted to check out this new sports bar for a lunch and some cocktails. We were all happy to check out one of the newest places in our city. Bad idea. Why? We assumed it served food. It doesn't. We were greeted by a not so professional server who could not answer many of our questions. She vaguely explained that if we wanted food there is a good truck, but never explained the process. We asked enough questions to pry a pizza order. And a big word of advice to the server:. Don't embarrass a patron by loudly proclaiming their card only had $--- dollars on it. Instead, speak softly and as discreet as possible to resolve it with that person and not the whole table. (It was quickly resolved) She's obviously not been trained and only hired for looks. This place will not be in business long at this rate, and there are 5 people plus all we tell to don't bother patronizing...

I find myself here a few times a week just to simply escape. If I’m going to eat one my top favorite pizzas in town or even have a few drinks with friends or by myself. I have been in when it’s shoulder to shoulder and I have been in when it’s less crowded. The manager Jeff always seems to find and greet me and my girlfriend with a with a smile even if the place is jam packed he has always made it a point to be very accommodating. Him and David definitely have the best interest in their patrons and always coming up with new ideas to have a great place to hang out. The service from the bartenders is impeccable. Huge shout out to Savannah, Sydney and Yams!! They are always on their game, smiling and having a good time but still getting it done and getting our drinks out in a timely manner. All around great establishment all the way to the door guys. Thanks for bringing something new and something exciting to Beaumont. Look forward to going back time...

We went and the manager was very rude and actually confrontational to the point of almost fighting which is surprising because of all people you would think he would be the most accomodating. He definately hasn't worked in a customer service environment and has an attitude from hell--non-professionally I'll call it "little man syndrome" . Our waitress was amazing, created a fun atmosphere but he single handedly ruined the experience for us.... Swings don't make up for a sour environment. I have went to many resturants and bar and grills, I have literally never wrote a review (besides really good ones) but am taking the time to express my experience and rather one person matters or not I'm sharing how he made us feel while there. I wanted to like this place but I just can't fake the funk. #NeverAgain...
