McDonald's — Restaurant in Beaumont

This is probably the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. The food tastes like it's been sitting around for awhile especially the fries. The service was extremely horrible. First the lady in the drive thru taking orders can't listen to orders. We had to repeat the order several times. I knew it was going to be an issue because the car in front of us had the same problem. Well pulling up to the first window to pay it was obvious why, she was reading a comic book. Even while taking my payment she wouldn't look away from it. Then at the pickup window we were greeted by a young lady that was actually the only friendly person working. She hands us our food and then we notice there was no sauce so we asked for some. We get asked if we ordered any chicken nuggets to justify them giving them to us by a lady in the background. I'm assuming she was the lead or manager. We then answered to the first lady that we indeed order chicken nuggets. In fact we ordered TWO chicken nugget happy meals AND a TWENTY piece nugget meal. They looked at us like we were lying and asked if there was sauce in the bag. Which there wasn't hence the reason why I asked for it. The lead then told us they were 25 cents each and we then repeated to her that we ordered chicken nuggets and plenty enough to receive sauce. She gave us attitude and told the first lady to "just give it to them". Incredibly rude and definitely not deserving of whatever leadership role she has.

We will 100% never visit this location again and I will make sure that all our family and friends steer clear of it as...

I ordered and paid from the kiosk. I took the table number and placed it on the table. It seemed to take too long and a woman exiting said, I think they called your number. I grabbed the table number and when I rounded the corner, there was my meal just sitting there! I held up the table number and asked why I had this for the meal to be brought to my table. The table number sticker was on my tray. She said, she didn't know, they called the number. I said, This isn't an order number, it is the the number to find my table, where I've been waiting and now I suppose my food is cold. She said something else but I was walking away with my tray. I was dealing with a manager, too. The lobby had one customer, eating and me. A few cars in drive-thru. No sense of professionalism, at all. She wasn't rude, per she, but not friendly either. My food was cold and the bagel was stale. I gave 3 stars for food because the order was correct, again, I used the kiosk. The lobby was very clean. I'm done with my rare McDonald visit. I'm sure someone in a nice restaurant would appreciate...

The food was typical McDonald's, which I actually enjoy. Was clean from what I experienced (ate inside). Low rating not about the food or restaurant cleanliness, but the staff.

Only 1 person on staff behaved as if they were at work. Yes, it's McDonald's, but the company is paying you...so put on your 'at work' hats people and leave the ghetto behavior at home for a few hours. The staff argued over who should assist us at the counter (each person stating what they were busy doing)- as we waited for at least 2 minutes before anyone took our order. Then while we were ordering staff members began discussing another staff members' ridiculous excuse for not showing up to work that morning. Then another employee showed up late and went straight to the restroom so the staff made sure to let her know how ridiculous her behavior was. I agree, but can we be a little more tactful and have these conversations in private? All of these issues were definitely out of line, but customers didn't need to hear all about it. Made management look sad. Management needs training then staff needs...
