This girl has the nastiest attitude, when I approached the drive thru I was acknowledged with a ,”go ahead and order when your ready”. Then when I get to the window she cant even greet and has a nasty attitude again. When she handed me my food she still has the audacity to ask me why I have an attitude and snatch the items from her. I apologized and told her I didnt snatch them, I was matching her same energy. I asked her what her name was and she refused to show me her name badge and covered it and started laughing. This is horrible and dont deserve this service. I will never come to this Starbucks again, this girl needs training on customer service!!!! I will be contacting...

SIP SIP HOORAY! The new Starbucks off the 10 freeway in Beaumont is very clean and has a wonderful ambience. It’s quiet and a great place to just chill out. I made a pitstop before a doctor’s appointment and this is the perfect Starbucks for a road trip. The bathrooms are spotless and easily accessible! Also, there’s plenty of seating with natural light.
