Normally I wouldn't say anything negative but unfortunately my visit was not by myself. It was with a very close friend of mine. We had not seen each other in a really long time we were catching up and we decided Twin Peaks would be a good place to go. We arrived at 6 p.m. and sat and waited for about almost 20 minutes no waitress stopped to even greet us or asked us if we needed anything to drink or if we wanted an appetizers nothing just the lady from the front sat us down. It took my friend going up to the bar and apparently speaking to the manager to have a waitress finally come take our order. I will say this the waitress was very polite, and very attentive to us. We had waited so long before we were finally waited on that we knew what our appetizer was and what we wanted to eat as an entree. We told the waitress she took our order and returned later with our drinks when she did she told us she had put our order in and ask them to rush it. We waited honestly I don't know how long. When she returned she brought our main course for whatever reason that's the way it came out and seeing that it was my main entree I let her know that I no longer wanted my appetizer. It is my preference to have my appetizer before my meal. Being that I had received my main entree first I saw no need for an appetizer so I cancelled it. Again I honestly never leave comments or give a negative review on anyting most times I would much rather just keep my mouth closed but unfortunately it's not the first time that this has happened to me at this Twin Peaks the food is great the place looks awesome but their customer service I guess in my opinion could be more attentive to the customers. I'm not a restaurant owner I'm not a waiter or a bartender so this is just 1 customers opinion I'm sure that if anybody in management reads what I had to say that this will improve and I'm sure everyone else's visit to this Twin Peaks will be that much better...
