Usually go to the Taco Bell on college street but here lately it has been a nightmare. So yesterday I decided to go to this one on Walden. I’m SO HAPPY I DID! Taco Bell is usually hit and miss. However this recent experience has completely changed my perspective on Taco Bell. I want to give a shout out to Liz and Alicia! As soon as I walked in the front door I was greeted with smiling faces that were HAPPY to be there. Usually fast food employees don’t seem to be happy that they’re at work. These two employees were happy, smiling, joking and cutting up… just an overall happy environment to be around. I didn’t seem like a customer i felt like a like long friend and felt like I had known them for years. Please keep up the great work! Taco Bell if you’re reading this you need to take care of these two ladies! Finding employees like this are like finding a needle in a haystack! They deserve a raise...

I asked to add lava sauce on a chalupa in the $5.00 cravings box, she said it came with it ....I know it doesn't, so I said add it anyway.....NOT.....charged me for lava sauce that I did not get...also charged an extra drink to my ticket. These tacos are pathetic. I asked for meat and cheese only. Where the hell is the cheese and why is the taco broken???? At the speaker it was $20.55 but got to the window it was over $22.00...did not give a receipt and when I got back to my office... The only thing they got right was the type of sauce I wanted.......NEVER AGAIN....will I go to this place...I should have stuck to my gut and went across the street to Papadeaux's for takeout. ...

The dining area was low stocked, few sauces, scarce cup lids, no forks or knives. They actually had no plasticware at all in the entire restaurant. I had to eat my fiesta potatoes with my hands. The burrito I had was poorly assembled, and tasted like the beans have been sitting for a while.
The atmosphere of the dining area was a lot like a club or bar at closing. The overhead lights were on, but the flashing neon lights were still going, and you could see and feel the filth on the tables and floor.
The employees were the only positive part of my experience. They were friendly and at least acted like they were sincere in the apology about lack of...
