I really have no complaint about the food preparation at the Beaver Falls McDonald's I know it has a bad reputation but most of the time my food is well prepared but they're always forgetting something so my biggest gripe is with the corporation McDonald's and then you contact them first they make it so hard to get a complaint in they want to steer you towards feedback because a complaint they have to respond to and here's how they do Tell us the date the time the receipt who helps you blah blah blah because they know that will deter most people from going through with a complaint thus they don't have to respond or do anything about it that's what I hate about it so this isn't to the workers which some are good and some are bad but ultimately they're just following the training of their bosses the ultimate boss is the corporation in my opinion they suck raising the prices but not the quality bottom line. McDonald's at one point was cool we all knew it was fast food but it was affordable and it was decent worth eating every once in awhile now you can't even say that about them I think they want to be something like Applebee's but they're not going to serve you real meat and maybe we should be thankful because then burgers will probably be like $9 a burger at a drive through window. And ultimately as I say you can't blame them they don't force you to eat there they don't stuff up sandwich in your mouth and go in your pockets we have to make better choices as people and stop letting them get away with disrespecting the customer they will change because it'll mess...
Read moreHad an awful exprience here. My order was incorrect I had order the chicken nugget meal , which was on special for 499 . When I got the food at the drive thru I got my drink and nuggest, no fries. I asked the lady at the window she told me I didn't order the meal. Here's the best part the large drink was 127 and the nuggest 395 . So if anything I should have received my fries and a refund (I know its just cents, so I didn't care ) I was told to come in. I had my nephew with me who is in a car seat. Which is a pain and why we didn't go inside in the 1st place. I explained the meal being cheaper and what I originally wantes, that I would like fries. The manager couldnt comprehend the math or the issue and waved her finger in my face, telling me "hold on" and ran to the back and then returned to me. then I tried to explain again. She ran around to the back and started asking me about the kids meal I had order and asked me if it was a 4 price or 6 , Which had nothing to do with the problem . Finally the young cashier said to her "just give her her fries" and then at that time gave me fries. This all took about 10 mins.I understand maybe the worker at the drive through and I had a miscommunication . It happens but the way I was treated by the manager was just so unprofessional . Is mcdonalds really that hurt up for French fries? Geez and they want...
Read moreOur quiet friend group of four started to walk into McDonalds and were turned away almost instantly. The lady (Terry) said “Unh unh, two students at a time. Go ahead and wait outside.” All of us didn’t even make it in the door before she said that so we turned away and said we weren’t spending our money here. Three of us got food elsewhere but one of us went back because she really wanted one item there. As soon as she went in she made a petty remark and proceeded to argue with my friend while she was ordering on the kiosk, mind you, she is at least 4 times our age, and said we had to wait because of our ‘age bracket’ and ‘people our age’… They discriminated against us because of our age and made assumptions about would act when we walked in there like the most civilized citizens around. Her behavior was childish and its a shame that my friend had to be the one to end the argument by telling her to have a nice day and walking away. MIND YOU that same worker always talks about children and when i worked there called me “big eyes” just because i was actually listening to her directions. Overall, we shouldn’t be more mature than a 50-60 year old woman and shouldn’t be discriminated based on...
