Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Beaverton

I had a mix-up with Door Dash delivering a pizza from this location. It was extremely frustrating initially.

I went to the location to talk with the manager about my missing pizzas and while talking to him, one of the employees walked up and asked me what I had ordered. I told her and she was like "no problem!'. Minutes later she comes out with 2 delicious stuffed crust pretzel pizzas. These pizzas tasted better than any pizza I've had before. It's not like I've traveled the world sampling different pizzas, but I've had my fair share and can confidently confirm that there was pizza pretzel magic involved here. But the good kind, not the kind of pizza magic that involves sardines or Godfather's pizza (🤮).

I offered this nice woman a $15 tip and she refused it! She was 1000% all about the customer experience. I really wish I got her name so I could mention it here. THANK YOU, MAGICAL...

Compared to other Little Caesar's stores, this is the worst. One in three times I order online for this location, they somehow mess up my order. Several times they never sent the second email to pick up my pizza. I sat in the parking lot waiting for my pizza for over 45-minutes. This time I received the second email stating my pizza was ready, the portal number, and the QR tag. When I tried to get my pizza, the QR reader kept saying code error. I asked an employee for help and was told my pizza was not ready and just to wait. After 15-minutes, I asked again and was told they had no record of my order, though I had the payment receipt and QR tag emails for the order and pick-up instructions on my phone. I was in the store for 25-minutes just to get a pizza. Strikeout for the last time Little Caesars Aloha. I won't make a mistake again of ordering from...

Pizzas were not in the pizza portal like the app said they should be at this location, this is the 2nd time this has happened the 1st I was like ok, they are clearly slammed waited about 10 minutes and got my order. The second time however I even padded my arrival time by 10 minutes knowing they were slammed and still no pizzas. The guy at the counter claimed someone had taken my order clearly lying as the app would've updated to say that had my number been used in the pizza portal. I then waited for about 15 mins for them to actually "re-"make the order... I would highly advise you to never go to this Little Caesars I definitely won't be after these last 2 incidents... Sadly this location had been good up until 3 months ago now their service seems like it has gone to crap, maybe they lost a good manager...
