Everyone has an off day so I wanted to give them a chance but… Whoever runs this branch really chose poorly on who they left to run the store tonight. No greeting, half a dozen upset looking people waiting on the wall, no rack of premade pizzas for all the people that pre ordered, (including myself). I was told my order would be started after I walked in even though I had placed my order an hour and a half before coming in. When they finished, they called my name walked off only gaving me half my food and when I asked about the other half they said yeah you can get your salad no description on where to go which one it was if there was one already made for me if I just grabbed my own, which I did no big deal right. No dressing. No small cheese pizza like I ordered. Very disappointing service, zero customer service skills. I know the youth of America need a little help with training on customer service (which seems to be a lost art), but this was truly bad. After heading home I noticed that the one pizza which was a new promotion was not made right at all. I had ordered the new garlic stuffed crust and it was made as a garlic sauce non-stuffed crust pizza. I did not notice this until it was too late, the butter they put on in place of red sauce leaked everywhere and made a huge mess, we are lucky that my daughter was not the one removing it from the oven or hot butter would have gotten all over her. I am sure they are not always this bad and they may deserve a second chance but I will probably not use this...
Read moreWorst Papa Murphy's I've ever been too. $2 more expensive than another location down the road. Ordered online at 5:30pm. Went in at 6:15pm, only 1 pizza was on the ready rack, wasn't mine. There were about 10 folks all waiting in the store as well... Not a good sign. I asked for an ETA since it was already 45 minutes, and they preceded to tell me my order was basically at the bottom of a big pile of other tickets. Then another worker tells the employee with the tickets that he hasn't been organizing and ordering them right. I asked for a refund since I needed to get my daughter ready for bed and can't wait another however long. Then the guys says he can jump the line with my pizza since I was unhappy. I declined and just wanted to leave. The manager wasn't there and I was told they would refund my order later....??? I asked if they would call me or something to let me know if was actually refunded. He said they could call me when they process it.
Whatever..I just wanted to get out of that place. Overworked workers, no manager around. Plus, the prices are more expensive then the Murph by Fred Meyer. I usually go there and messed up by...
Read moreFirst things first- the employees here are not enforcing that their customers wear masks while inside the store. Yesterday I went to pick up a couple pizza's and the store was so busy I had to wait outside for ten minutes prior to the line becoming short enough to move inside. When I did move inside the lady in line in front of me continued simply holding her mask in her hand, never putting it on. I was sure when she approached the register to pay the employee would ask her to put her mask on but nope! He did not say a single word about it and neither did the other 6-7 employees who were working at the time. I was shocked and could tell that the several of the other customers were as well.
Secondly, yesterday was the second time I have been quoted a time that my pizzas will be ready over the phone and when I arrive (beyond the time estimated) I still end up waiting 15-20 minutes. This means it was 1+ hour from the time I called to the time i received my pizza. Very frustrating and the 'customer service' doesn't make up for it at all (because...
