*Update 12/20/24 - I sent multiple emails from my personal and work email, owner ignore all 6 emails. His reply to my review is probably some generic thing to try to look like he cares about us. Please do not visit this horrible place.
My Family went in for dinner for my sister's birthday on September 1st. Eunices V was our server and we sat on Table B1. We had one of the worst experiences ever. She had a really bad mood the entire time and was super slow. She prioritized other 2 tables that were White Americans, and had us sitting in the corner for a long long time and ignored us multiple times. With her face and eye expression she clearly made us felt less. She probably taught we would not leave a tip or something. We had to ask her multiple times to for fruit for the baby we took and she didn't serve us any or tell us they didn't have any. We asked for beer multiple times and just ended up going to the bar and getting it from the bar tender. We had to ask for multiple times to have the crew sing to my sister. She sang to a few white ladies, who came after us, first and then after they came to sing happy birthday to my sister. They had a bad attitude and while singing they removed our plates and we didn't even get to finish eating. I understand we were 9 adults and 1 baby, so we felt pressured to leave a tip. What no one mention was that a $90 dollar tip was added on top of the 14% tip we had already added. We ended up spending over $300 on the over priced food and on top we got scammed with a $150 tip. All for a horrible experience with Eunices V. She needs to learn to respect everyone, I am an Engineer, my brother is financial advisor, my other brother is a manager for an insurance company and my sister an HR manger for the school district. Read moreWe had a terrible experience here several years ago, before Covid and before their fire. We decided to give it another try, and it was worse than before. Everything about our most recent experience was awful, and honestly I can't think of a worse dining out experience in the last couple years.
Once we found our way inside (it's not the door next to the open sign - that one's locked), we were seated quickly, and that was the highlight of the night. Someone came by with water, and then our server eventually came by to take our orders. She started with drinks, then chips (they charge for chips, which would be fine if they were good), and then our food order. We got the chips & salsa right away - it tasted like it came from a jar. After a long wait, our food came out, and it was wrong, but still no drinks. I ordered no beans, and she did remember that when she brought it, and asked if I needed a new plate, or just extra rice. I can't eat beans at all, so I asked to have it fixed. The plate left, and came back about 30 seconds later with beans under the enchiladas because it was just partially wiped off and the rice was spread out. Then she finally brought us drinks, which I didn't want at that point.
The food itself was overpriced and tiny. Seriously tiny. I have never seen this small of enchiladas at a restaurant. The husband's burrito had large chunks of vegetables that weren't cooked, and overall wasn't good. When asked if everything was okay, I said no, and she didn't want to deal with it, so she didn't.

Read moreWe had good experience at other Si Senor locations before. Wanted to try this location Cedar Hills & Barns because our son saw the sign "Kids eat for Free on Mondays".
We told our server this is our first time. He was very short. He did not take the time to explain the menu nor the specials.
Our son got the kid's menu. The kids menu.... One main dish, drink, ice cream. "Free kids meal does not include drinks...." Got his meal, what about the ice cream????? Did not get it. I ordered something from the seafood menu. At the top it stated comes with...... "Italians rice, coleslaw, beans etc...."
My food came out, the dish was very hot! (No warning from the server). No Tortillas....I asked my server for tortillas. Then no Coleslaw.....I asked my server, he stated "Oh it's just a salad which it's in your dish already." There was shrimp, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, and rice (???? Does not look like Italian Rice).
When we got the check: I gave my waiter the coupon that they had advertised in the local paper. He bluntly stated the coupon does not work because its free kid's meal Monday. Then he quickly left.
Lessons Learned if you decided t o eat at this location: #1. Ask the server what comes with your order. #2. If you have a coupon ask how it works.
To management: #1. Need to retrain your waiter the basics etiquette when serving the public. Customer focus Smile, Be polite, and do it with a passion.
