2025 review: I had a horrible experience today where the gentleman rung us in for the wrong sizes and despite already spending $60 for 2 18-inch grinders and 2 calzones with toppings, they rung us in for small calzones which are not even bigger than my hand instead of the regular calzones. When calling and letting them know I got the wrong item, the gentleman told me I'd been rung up for small calzones. I've called plenty of times, never been asked for a size, and always gotten the same thing. Today, they wanted me to drive 20 minutes back over there, pay $17 extra, and then I could get my proper size calzones. It's overpriced for a simple fold over pizza, and while explaining that this error was not my fault, he still insisted I bring these all the way back, pay the difference, and that they would make new ones. I will not be spending my money here for a LONG time. What a sad customer service and price increase experience.
3 years ago review: This location has nice workers, and I usually call in to order. Pick-up time is usually never more than 15 minutes, and they are efficient. Haven't messed up an order yet. I do miss the ice cream in...
Read moreGood tasting food is nothing without a proficient management team. The customer who pays for the food is RIGHT. Teach YOUR workers verbiage. Educate them on the way that others use terminology. Saying “I want a specialty pizza I guess is what it’s called because I ONLY want these 2 toppings” it isn’t a complicated process to type in the system said toppings, and instead received a supreme with olives! I wouldn’t waste your $ when they won’t remake your food because it’s 20 min til close, and they just want to go home. Refund was the only option granted and the time noted. Also cursed at AFTER “manager” locked himself inside behind a door. I love how my family wasn’t supposed to be upset, but we waited 40 min and received something we didn’t order. Anyone can pick through toppings but that’s not what we pay $32 for. Management should have remade the pizza instead of hurrying to get home and an argument of NEVER insued. Manager says he’s not worried about losing business 🫡 hope corporate sees things the same...
Read moreI went to Bellacinos in Beckley today for lunch. As I was waiting for my food, I noticed another customer bringing a plate back up towards the counter, and exchanging it with a plate an employee had. Then said employee said my name and brought that same plate over to me. When I questioned it, said employee responds with "no it's fine he never touched it." So I went back to the counter to ask for a refund, cause gross. Again, the employee chimes in and says "you could've just asked the man if he touched it."
So, I emailed a complaint, and this is the response from what I assume is the owner here in Beckley. So just know if you're going to Bellacinos, it's hard to tell how many people may have gotten your food before you. Because they were obviously standing right over the other customer the entire time and know without a doubt that he didn't touch, breath or otherwise contaminate the food they now...
