This Wendy's has been around for a long time. I'm talking early to mid 1970s. It has a very strange dining room layout and would be a lot more enjoyable if the tables were arranged in such a way that it was more suited for small groups. The narrow countertop seating across from the gas fireplace is a wasted space. Then the middle of the dining room is a big empty area. The single occupancy rest room is too tiny to "whip a Cat". Honestly, when I entered the men's room I could pp, wash my hands, dry my hands all without moving over half a step. No room for a family with small children, or a handicap person. The front counter is too low and you see more than you want to see behind the counter. This store is stingy with condiments unless you ask someone at the counter. The single ice dispenser sits empty because the fancy soda dispenser has ice so just get rid of the empty ice dispenser, please. People take their cup to it expecting ice and it doesn't work. This tells people that the place is under managed or the owner is too tight to fix things when they break. There is even a 1970s solarium on the south side of the building. Nobody has those outdated things anymore. Seriously, this Wendy's needs to be torn down turned around, and completely rebuilt. The outdoor seating area is also a problem area with people mostly on foot, hitchhikers, or who knows who is just loitering and unsafe to be eating out there with your family, for myself that is. I like Wendy's but it's the furthest restaurant from my house if I want a quick bite and it's just not very convenient for me or for 75% of the local population. Build a new one. Seriously, this building is totally backwards on the property. The drive through lane is right in the middle of the parking lot causing a traffic fur ball. The drive through line should be stacked up on the outer perimeter of the parking lot next to the highway. Build a new Wendy's, preferably a little...
Read moreIf I could give this place a -0 stars I would. Service was horrible, food was dry/cold. Manger was yelling at his employees making them stressed and not focused, waited for 30 minutes, Overall just a bad experience. We Took are order after 30 minutes of waiting and they were completely unfocused me and my elderly mother could hear them talking to there former employees while trying to take are order. They were laughing and giggling. He asked if that was all in the middle of are second order and Told us the total we had to ask again again until he realized that we were still there and then rang are order up separately and completely confused my mother. We finally got up to the window the woman was completely rude and stressed and I completely understand because the manger was yelling at her and her employees. She gave us are food and we drove off. We looked at are food and at first it was okay and then we ate are sandwiches completely dry and overcooked. Are fries were burnt and to crispy. Chicken nuggets were cold very cold and dry. The only good thing about are food was a drinks. Overall bad...
Read moreUsually quick about service, && the food is good, but the blonde lady with glasses is real unpleasant in the mornings. I believe it's her that always has an attitude, like she's annoyed just by you being there. This morning she asked what I wanted, so I ordered the baconator combo at my boyfriend's request, && she didn't even ask if that was all; didn't tell me a total or anything, just said "alright pull around." I commented how she was effing rude as I was pulling off to go around, && I'm not sure if she heard me but her attitude was all nice at the window..
Look, I know people have their bad days, && I try to take that into consideration, but this is like the 3rd or 4th time that we've been there in the morning time ((usually between 7:20-8 am)) && experienced this attitude from her. Like, if you're not a morning person, maybe request to change your hours in order to work evenings or something, but definitely don't act annoyed with the customers that are keeping your restaurant in business in order for you to...
