Not as good as I thought it would be. Tater salad was good.Tea was average. The only beverages they had was tea and sprite. cookie was above average good. Now the sandwich we got the tavern club and as you can see by the pics they look different. That’s because they were out of one bread so they had to make it on something else. I was a little worried like we almost left because they proudly serve Dukes mayonnaise. So I asked for light Mayo and didn’t notice the nasty Dukes at all lol. Called in an order and gave specific details on what we wanted on our different sandwiches. They totally disregarded all of our request and just gave us the basic sandwiches with out our request being fulfilled. I hate honey mustard and specifically said mayo only also no tomato and cheddar cheese but once I got on the road with my order I opened it and it had honey mustard and tomato with no cheddar cheese. The ladies behind the counter are so sweet. When in town, I always go get the ham bones for later making soup or beans. Stopped in this week and bought two - one to take back to Florida (my nearest Honey Baked Ham is a long ways from my house) and one to use while I am in Beckley. When I was talking to the friend with me that we had a couple other stops, one lady said she wanted to get me some ice and put ice on my ham bones. And I should not tell this secret but for the $8 bone, you get at least 1/3 of the ham to make sandwiches from before you cook the bone. Great buy, great service and so...
