UPDATED 3rd-STAR:.......... One additional star has been added! This star was earned by increased the gym hours by 1 hour earlier and 1 hour later. I believe the gym is now open from 5am - 10pm. This is a great improvement! Also the additional star is attributed to the plexiglass dividers located between the cardio equipment. Nice upgrade.

How to obtain 4th-STAR: Bring back the original hours of being open 24hrs. Or 5am - 12am (midnight) is definitely reasonable. I say this because the gym gets incredibly crowded around 5pm and later, so this will help decrease the volume during this COVID pandemic.

How to obtain 5th-STAR: The can be obtained by bringing back the Planet Fitness food of bagels and pizza. There are hygienic and COVID safe options to get this accomplished.

PREVIOUS 2-STAR rating: Unfortunately PF managers/owners are more concerned with making more money by decreasing the hours and putting the gym members of the community at greater COVID exposure risk. Decreased hours of operation causes more members at a single time to be "sardined" into the gym. It has been almost a year of hearing the owner say they will resume previous hours, yet in the meantime they continue to increase the number of members. We are tired of excuses and an over crowded gym. When will Planet Fitness be 24 hours again? Or at least be open till midnight everyday!? MAKE YOUR MEMBERS HEALTH AND INITIAL OPERATING HOURS A...

It’s hard to give 5 stars, because I have visited PF in other parts of the country that were much nicer over all, no broken equipment all the time, actual working Wi-Fi, you could actually buy cold drinks, and open 24/7.

I do want to say that the staff here work really hard to make this place feel like a welcoming environment and keep the place very clean for what they have to work with. I appreciate that a lot and that is one of the things specific to this Planet Fitness that make it a special place to come workout.

I would change my review if they brought back a 24/7 gym the way it is supposed to be and if they would fix equipment in a timely manner. I have talked to several people who agree they would benefit from the gym being open later especially on the weekend. I visit a lot right around closing time and there are usually 15+ people still in there trying to squeeze in the rest of their workout. So no excuses Planet Fitness, you are making the money, give the people what they want, offer what makes Planet Fitness great in the first place, a 24/7 judgment free gym that works good for everyone’s schedule. Awesome place, it’s crowded at times but that’s what happens when you have a nice atmosphere to workout in, everybody wants to come. I have never been mistreated or wronged, The staff is awesome, morning staff is so much better then I could be at 5am idk how they put up with some of the rude ppl but they do with a smile. They should be rewarded for some of the stupidity I’ve seen first hand! they’ll go above and beyond to meet and even exceed your wants and needs. Cindy is so nice and respectful, she is always on her A game, greets you when you walk in with a smile, get you taken care of and ready to workout, makes sure you have everything you need, and is sure to greet you again on your way out the door always with a smile and words of encouragement, few ppl have the drive and work ethic I’ve seen from this young lady, and very few places left like this in general more or less a gym. 10/10 in my opinion. People have to realize that the workers are only human as well, be patient folks...
