UPDATED SINCE LAST HORRIBLE REVIEW!!!
Where to begin?? FIRST...WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANY PERSON OR BUSINESS!!! I had some lettering for my vehicle done some months back (windshield banner, names on windows and memorial piece on back window) After paying and having installed, the memorial piece was wayyyy smaller than the measurements I had given. But even as a paying customer, I just let it be...until all of my lettering began to already peel off! So I sent an email about this to them...instead of offering to somehow make right or redo on their end, she sent me a quote with a higher charge for the memorial piece being at the right size this go round!!! I called to confirm that they were trying to charge me not only a second time, but a higher charge than before on top of that! She confirmed and I hung up, shaking my head and in disbelief of the lack of professionalism, good work and customer service. I THEN TOOK MY BUSINESS to SIGNARC & THEY WERE WONDERFUL!!! *After telling them of my such previous experience at FastSigns, SignArc staff even stated, that if I have any issues with my new and correct lettering, that they would fix at NO CHARGE!!! THANK U SIGNARC FOR STEPPING UP!!! ..... NOW TODAY, AS I SIT HERE OUTSIDE OF FASTSIGNS IN TOTAL DISBELIEF, YET AGAIN, BY THE OWNER HIMSELF JUST NOW! SMH.. I had an appointment to get my fingerprints done for a potential employer and wouldn't u know, FastSigns is unfortunately the only place in the local area that does them! I already didn't want to have to come back here, BUT NOW, THE OWNER had pulled up saying that they were closed today. When I told him I had an appt to be fingerprinted, he said he would meet me at the door shortly to do so. When he unlocked the door to let me in for my fp appt, he must've saw my car and said "Your the lady that wasn't happy with the work we did on your car" I said yes and tried to move on from that entire conversation, then he says, "Yeah u didn't wanna pay ur bill"!!!! I said no that was invalid and as I went into what a professional OWNER or businessman period, kind of convo that u shouldn't be even approaching me or coming at a disgruntled customer to begin with, he interrupts me and says, "NO U DIDNT WANNA PAY UR BILL "!!! HE THEN TURNED AROUND, WITHOUT A SECOND GLANCE, AND SAYS, "OUR FINGERPRINT MACHINE IS DOWN"!!! I asked when it would be fixed and he stated he had no idea!!!! I then said while heading for the door, "MAYBE THAT'S FOR THE BEST I BELIEVE" and then corrected him as to why I was unhappy all the way around with good ole FASTSIGNS to begin with and that he was completely INACCURATE AND INCORRECT!!! NOT TO MENTION OTHER THINGS! I asked his name and he said, "I'm JOE, THE OWNER "!!! I now have spoken to the post collection site people where u rate ur experience, reschedule appt, etc and explained the insane instance that just happened, and they were in AWEEEE AS WELL!!! Needless to say, I am now having to drive to Charleston on Tuesday to get to finally be fingerprinted properly and hopefully professionally, without being lied on for their own mistakes and lack of so many needed and humane qualities one should possess as a living being on earth and also as a business owner/staff!!!
**SORRY SO LONG, BUT ABSOLUTELY HAD TO SHARE, AS NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO PUT UP WITH OR BE TREATED LIKE THIS EVER!!! AND ESPECIALLY NOT BY THE OWNER HIMSELF OR ANY PERSON FOR THAT MATTER!!! Read moreHave tried twice to do business with Billie and Fast Signs. The first was a series of emails and poor communication. After weeks of trying to get artwork and designs to even be close to what we wanted and the completion date fast approaching Billie stopped all communication and refused to even start the print job on shirts and hats.
The second attempt I went in person to talk to Billie 6 weeks before needing hats and beverage koozies made. I emailed her the exact artwork and all graphics. I asked her to email me a quote for both with mock ups of products. After two weeks and only one quote sent to me I went in to see her. Was told she was unavailable, next time I went in she was “busy on the phone with corporate”, all I asked for was a phone call from her so we could finalize the order. 5 weeks after first talking to her I still haven’t heard anything. I went in to have them close out my account and guess what...no Billie.
Take your business somewhere else. Billie and Fastsigns obviously don’t need or want your business. Too bad, had plans for 5-10k in orders...
