Poor Experience with Subway App and Customer Service
I recently encountered significant issues with the Subway app and customer service at the location on 3604 Robert C. Byrd Drive in Beckley, WV. I placed an order through the app, which charged me immediately and indicated my sandwich would be ready in 15 minutes. However, when I arrived, the sandwich was not prepared, and staff refused to make it or issue a refund.
After waiting an hour to speak with the manager, I was informed that this issue “happens often” and that I’d need to wait for the payment to return to my account. Eventually, the store’s general manager intervened, and my sandwich was made, but the quality was substandard.
Days later, the refund has not been issued, and the app still shows the order as pending pickup, even though the payment is marked complete. My attempt to address this with Subway’s corporate office has not resolved the situation.

Read more12" sweet onion terriyaki chk double chk--didnt have any chk on it at all, they put steak on it which fyi is nasty with that sauce mixture, the 6" steak and chz barely had any meat at all on it and zero chz so had a 6" rock hard bread with 3" of meat and nothing else, they were all supposed to be toasted but was NOT, not to mention the bread on all 4 of our sandwiches was stale and so hard you can break a window with it, tomatoes are white. The other 2 12" subs were missing toppings that are even on the reciept, so can your employees not read?...tried to call about our order, but no one will answer a phone there.
