I would leave 0 stars if I could. I stopped here after work for wing wednesday. I placed my order with the bartender who had blonde braids who proceeded to serve me my drink immediately after she was eating at the bar and did not wash her hands… that’s not even the most annoying part. The deal that is promoted states that wings are .79 cents a piece with a 12 wing minimum. I placed my order with the bartender and once it was finished she brought me a total of six wings. Mind you, I order wings here frequently on Wednesdays so I took it as a simple mistake because I assumed she was new. The bartender proceeds to get clarification from her manager (light skin gentleman with locs and a nasty/sassy attitude). He approaches me and says that I would have to pay $15.99 if I wanted to take the wings home. I shared with him that it’s not stated on the flier, customers have always had the option to take them home and if it was true, then why was I not told when I ordered and why is it not on the flier? He proceeds to say “OH well” … I kindly handed him the wings and requested to speak with ownership.. Atp it’s not the money, it’s the time wasted and the nasty attitude from the manager. The owner was reached and instructed him to give me the 12 wings for the price that was promoted. Do you that this man still didn’t honor the request??? Like what type of business are you running at this point? This was a spot that my peers and I enjoyed visiting but until this is rectified, we will no longer give them any business! I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Uptown Ultra Lounge. I paid my tab with my credit card and left a cash tip, only to find out later that the bartender added her own tip amount to my card! She literally scratched out the “0” I wrote on the tip line and wrote in her own number — that’s fraud, plain and simple.
When I called to speak with the manager, Gina, she acted like she would look into it, but later told me there was “nothing she could do” and that I should just dispute it with my bank. That’s completely unacceptable.

All she did was complain and be insulting. I held my tongue because I was attending a bday party and didn't want to ruin it. Plus, this chick was overcharging for drinks, and they were weak.
