My package was suppose to arrive 2/2/24. Ryan (I asked for the name at the facility) marked as incorrect address. Which it was a correct address. I received an email saying they was going to try again 2/5/24. Same person Ryan marked as Customer not available or business closed. Which I was home. So I decided to drive up to the fedex Bedford location as soon as they open. (8:30am) 2/6/24 Talked with Reida who was very nice. Told her it might be hard for him to find the house because my address is on the side of the house but the front of the house has this address. I go right back home and now I’m looking out the window. And my phone goes off (10:55am) . I review an email. Say delayed. Clicked link. “ Customer not available or business closed”they was going to try again 2/7/2024. Ryan never came to the house or even drove down the street. My neighbor also had cameras. (Another update from cameras later ) Plus I was looking out the window. So I drove back up to fed ex. (11:20am ) She (reida) calls someone asked them to reroute back to the house. I paid for expedited: next day delivery, 4 days later they “attempted” to deliver the package, yet no one knocked on the door, nor left a “we missed you” note. Called customer service and was told by a rep that they would return to deliver the package at a new time, that time came and went so I called customer service again and was told by a 2nd rep that they don’t double back to redeliver “missed” packages, then after asking to speak to a manager(Now a 3rd rep) I was told that the last driver left at 3 pm even though online said “delivery by 8 pm”. Then I asked for a refund on the cost of the expediated delivery since they failed to deliver and was given some confusing answer as to how I had to wait for a 5-day invoice to begin the refund process and that it would take close to another week for the refund to be issued. This rep then transferred me to the FedEx hub my package was at, at which point a 4th customer service rep who again told me they would deliver that evening, which never arrived.    Read moreI have a package that was supposed to be delivered Tuesday September 30th. It requires a signature so someone has to be here. It was my son's day off work, so he sat here waiting. It never showed. We got a email sayin the package would be delivered Wednesday October 1st between 8am - 1pm. I was late to work waitin for it. Around 10:30 am we got another email saying the package won't be delivered until between 2pm - 8 pm! So I left for work & arranged for my Mom to be here from 2pm - 8pm. My Mom arrived early at 1:50 pm. When she got to the door there was a door tag from Fed Ex saying "We missed you". Thursday came & went by with no updates or communication. When I tracked the package it said it was being delivered today Friday October 3rd by 8 pm. I called to make sure it would in fact be delivered today by 8pm & I was told "yes". I again stayed home & lost a entire day of work! Here we are after 8 pm and my package is NOT delivered!!! I am beyond disgusted & completely fed up with Fed Ex!
