Caterology — Local services in Bedford Heights

I wanted to take this opportunity to share our experience with Caterology. Often, I find that it is easy to offer praise for services when everything goes right, however, much more difficult when unexpected problems arise during an event. Yet, despite the issues that arose during a joint graduation party held for my daughter and three (3) of her childhood friends, I can comfortably give Caterology and their team a five (5) star review.

We hired Caterology's pizza truck to cater the food for the graduation party. Unfortunately, due to heavy rains in the days leading up to the event, the area near where we were holding the party became saturated with water which resulted in the pizza truck becoming stuck in the mud some distance from the pavilion where our guests were located and in an area where our guests would have been required to wade through water and mud to get to the pizza truck.

The Caterology team quickly came up with an action plan that included a member of their team coming to the pavilion to take pizza orders, giving restaurant style buzzers to alert the guest when their pizzas were ready and delivering the finished pizzas directly to our guests at the pavilion. By the end of the evening, the Caterology team was no doubt water logged and exhausted, but had managed not only to keep our guests dry and mud free, but also managed to deliver well over 100 delicious, made-to-order pizzas. Finally, as if this wasn't enough, Caterology quickly assumed responsibility for the damage to the lawn where the truck was stuck in the mud and paid to have the damage repaired.

Based on our Caterology experience in extremely challenging circumstances, I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending...

Caterology has been the first lunch choice at my office for a while now, though we usually place these lunch orders (sandwiches, chips, salad, small desserts) several days in advance. Today, I was in a bind and ordered Caterology for a small business lunch for same day-delivery (I called at 8:30am, lunch was for noon). When I called on this stressful morning, I spoke to Brandon and I was anticipating the worst case scenario, where they would be unable to prepare our lunch order and I would have to scramble to order Grubhub for 18 people. After Brandon pulled up one of our previous orders, he confirmed they would be able to duplicate our sandwich order and prepare it in time for our lunch. I could hear the angels singing songs of praise (or maybe that was just me).

While this is the first time I've dropped the ball on ordering lunch in advance, Caterology is consistently easy to work with, deliveries are always on time, and the food is stellar. Every employee that I have emailed or called has been very kind, professional, and ensures we have what we need. They are truly a great service for individuals and businesses, alike.

P.S. The kettle chips that come with the sandwiches are ridiculous. They are the stupidest of stupid good. Tell...

Delicious food and GREAT service! We were extremely impressed by the personal attention we received by Larry and his team. From the minute we arrived for our taste test, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We met with Larry (owner) to discuss the details of our event. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. The food was absolutely delicious and the portion sizes were larger than expected. The chef even came in to introduce himself. Larry took the time to give us a tour of the facility , which was immaculate.

We originally planned for around 200 people, however we ended up finalizing around 150. Larry and his team were more than accommodating with our changes. On the day of our event, two servers came and set up the table. They were extremely professional and friendly. When I offered my assistance with sitting up, I was encouraged to enjoy the event and that they had it covered, and they did! The table was set up nicely and they made sure that there was plenty of food available at all times. They did an awesome job. This was our first year using catering for this event. Caterology exceeded all of our expectations! The guests raved about the food and many took their cards. Looking forward to using them again...
