Mancino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Bedford Township

Absolute worst service ever. Went in there tonight with my children got there at 10 minutes after 8 in ordered we ordered 3 Grinders that were very simple. We sat there as we watched for teenagers work on to go orders for 30 minutes while are grinders have been out of the oven sitting at the end for a good 5 to 10 minutes. Ask her how much longer knowing that she knew that they were done and she said few more minutes after a few more minutes I got upset and said box them up now I'm leaving. We were the only table in there and we're not being served granted I already paid and left them a $6 tip that they did not deserve. I will never be back in this place again. Ask to speak to a manager and it was some 18 year old kid behind the counter. So it's quarter to nine we are finally leaving and heading home to get eat our food. If I would have known this I would have placed a to-go order and have them deliver it because obviously we would have had it a whole lot faster than you get being served sitting in there. Problem is you got a bunch of teenagers work in and no real adults and they keep saying will this is how her owner tells us to do it well if it is your owner's pretty pathetic to you take care of what's in the store first or at least when their food comes out you take care of them instead of having for teenagers work on to-go orders...

After 10 years of no mancinos I asked my bf to take me there for dinner. We ordered about 40 bucks worth of food. We sat and ate and it was worth the money. Noticed they had cherry coke didn't know if it was worth buying it so I tried a sample. (Cherry coke varies from place to place wanted to try before buying) I literally took enough to taste. Owner came out screaming at me calling me a theif. I tried calming him down offering to give the money for a large for just the sample of soda I took. It wasn't good enough he still publicly embarrassed me calling me every name in the book and even threatened to call the police on me. My bf began to get pissed and slammed almost 6 bucks of change on the counter. We began to leave and the owner proceeded to follow us snapping pictures of us and screaming. He even tried to stop us from leaving. I still get the food...but it delivered now...I'll never go inside that place again. Owner needs to realize without customer appreciation he wouldn't...

Hello, we called and placed an order for two grinders and two brownies the gentleman that took my order kept putting me on hold, I ordered a club grinder full and a steak and cheese grinder minus the mushrooms and mayo waited almost an hour to receive our order. fine but then when we get it my grinder isn’t even what I ordered it was a cheese burger grinder. I called up there to explain that I received the wrong grinder they proceeded to tell me that what they have is a cheese burger grinder and I said well that isn’t correct so they put me on with the manager and she stayed the same thing with no resolution. Just frustrating they are making $15 an hour and still can’t get it right and without my order and everyone else ordering you wouldn’t get that pay. Just a shame that customers can’t...
