If you ever find yourself contemplating a visit to this Arby's, let me be your guiding light in this abyss of absolute hopeless despair.
Upon entering, one is greeted not by the aroma of freshly roasted beef, but rather by the pungent stench of neglect and decay. Approaching the counter you realize that with each step, the unmopped floor holds itself to the bottom of your shoe, and blinded by your hunger you think to yourself, “This probably won't get any worse.” But oh, the true horror awaits only a few steps away, revealing itself only after you’ve been fooled into paying for your order. Behold the soda machine, a veritable breeding ground for vermin and disease. Amongst the syrup laden countertop lies a treasure trove of actual rat droppings, and the absence of God’s presence truly begins to unfold before you, as you now wonder to the least dirty table you can find.
But what of the staff? They are but spectral entities with vacant stares and indifferent attitudes. One could sooner strike up a conversation with a particularly unresponsive rock than elicit any semblance of customer service from these wraiths
Your food is ready; time to eat. Lukewarm, dry, and desiccated, you drown your sandwich in sauces to regain some semblance of edibility, and with the poorest decision of your life, take a bite. It is only with post-hunger clarity that you begin to fear for your health as you must now clench your cheeks and waddle back to your car. You are now in a race against time as your body rejects the unholy offering.
Save yourself the anguish, and likely hepatitis too, and steer clear of this Arby's. If this is what they’re willing to show you, then the sheer magnitude of filth and neglect behind the counter can only be imagined by those who have witnessed the...
Read moreThe drive thru attendant was doing highly offensive impressions of a mentally challenged person. This employee expected me to place my order and act like nothing was wrong while they alternated through every offensive "handicapped" dialect they could think of. I was furious and drove away without completing the order, I am not going to give my business to an establishment like that. This was Sunday, Feb 6 at 4:50pm.
To make matters worse, I tried calling multiple times to inform a manager but they don't care. Didn't even want to discuss it.
Apparently, this kind of thing is totally acceptable to Arby's. I volunteer for the Special Olympics so Arby's stance on this is completely antithetical to my values. For that reason, I can't ever see myself returning to this or any Arby's. What a shameful company, I hope one of these people that you look down upon sues you under the ADA, so that justice finds you and leaves you bankrupt.
Also, the food has been going downhill for years, it's...
Read moreWent there Thursday to get a Reuben but wound up going with my old favorite the beef and cheddar. Did not disappoint was very good. I originally was in the Drive-Thru but there was probably 10 to 12 cars backed up so I went inside. It was not very busy inside, was able to order right away but I did have to wait quite a while to get my order. There was only about four of us inside but the kitchen was trying desperately to keep up with the drive-through orders as well as inside. You would not think that at 8pm at night it would be this busy but I guess everybody was craving Arby's. Staff was very kind and apologetic. Keeping us updated on our orders and time frame. Customers inside could see that they were busting their butt to try to get all the orders out and so was very patient and understanding. Our meals finally came out about 20 minutes later. But they were fresh and hot. I Would recommend this Arby's 100% hats off to the guy work in the front counter he did...
