Bruegger's Bagels and Jamba Juice — Restaurant in Bedford

I have been going to this place to get large peanut butter and banana protein smooth. Have had it a few times. Although it appears the ingredients are all natural, the quantity of each ingredient is not consistent at all, resulting in it tasting different almost every time. It basically has milk, protein powder, frozen banana, honey and I like to get additional chia seeds. Sometimes they add too much honey, one of the recent times the guy forgot to add protein powder and chia seeds and as I was watching there I had to tell him, last time the girl forgot to add honey which again I had to remind. Sometimes there isn't much taste of bananas or peanut butter and it tastes more like milk. One of the times I had to go back and had it redone and it definitely tasted a lot better. One of the times they forgot to add chia seeds for which I had paid extra and was on the slip. So overall that's what's I've experienced and so reduced the stars from 5 to 3. They can do...

To start I love Brueggers and have grown up going to it and even worked there when I was a teenager. I do not get the chance to go often anymore but I got the chance to go before work and ordered online a Western Bagel (my favorite). I usually get ham no egg but I could not make that modification online so I was like whatever I will get the egg. I then started to eat it and was like this tastes gross and I looked at it and there was MOLD on the egg!! the bacon was also bleh. I almost puked, I was so triggered I ate any of it (nauseous thinking back on it). There was also a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese that tasted stale to my coworker. I’ve received multiple burnt bagels. I am friends with someone who works at another store and the bagels are being made incorrectly by the weekend baker. I ordered 2 everything bagels with butter. There was no seasoning on them. When I went in for a refund(because this has happened so much I just wanted my money back) I was told “we don’t do refunds” and instead they made me one more bagel that was also lacking seasoning. Your employees in all departments need to be retrained. I did not end up eating the bagels and still did not get my refund.
