Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bedford

Update 6/15/21: I bought soft drinks from Wal-Mart then ordered a salami and spinach hand tossed pizza. That was not a Domino's crust or cheese! The cheese was that extremely soft processed if not fake cheese that Golden Corral uses in its "pizzas". I don't know if this franchise is shorting his customers or if this is Domino's corporate that changed suppliers. I'm afraid I'll have to cross Domino's off my list. Also, to the CSR response below, I did send an email on my prior concern as you suggested, but I have received no reply. I emailed again about this pizza, and I'm not holding my breath for a reply. Folks, go to Cicis. They seem to have it together and they cost less also! Previous review: I was going to try this Domino's in Walmart tonight, since they have seats to eat in. But their fountain soft drinks aren't ready because they "don't have our cups yet", I was told nonchalantly by the cashier. I've heard of the supply chain problems, but no other food chain seems to be out of cups or unable to get them. Also, nothing smaller than 2 liter soft drinks. This owner opened unprepared, and doesn't seem to know what he's doing. I was going to order a salami, spinach, and onion pizza, but no soft drinks in the convenient size, and a staff that appears aloof and would rather be elsewhere. I decided today that I no longer like dominoes. I go into this store to grab something and there is a menu screen but there are no prices listed on the screen. Like why? So I asked the lady there and she said corporate told her to say it was for "more interaction". This makes it extremely annoying for someone going to buy some food. Like I had to have a 30 minute discussion about what everything cost on the menu before I could order. I feel like they purposefully do this so that you eventually get so annoyed that you don't care about the price. Well now I really don't care to ever go back to Dominoes or order from there for that matter. Oh and don't get me started on the asking me for a tip? You want me to tip for the service provided for me, talking to me for 30 minutes about the price when you could have just put it on the board. Like dominoes if you are going to have your employees do silly things, why dont you pay them a decent wage for it. So sad, I used to love dominoes. The lady at the register was super...

I ordered a 16 piece boneless chicken, marinara cheese dip, and a medium 2 topping pizza. I recieved a 8 piece bone- in chicken, cheese dip, and a medium pizza with half of one topping. I called the store at 8:47pm and asked to have the chicken resent, and a credit for the other two items. The manager said they would send it out immediately. I called back at 9:50p-10:00p. Each time the call kept "dropping" within a minute. At 9:57p the call was picked up, went quiet for a minute, and then "dropped". At 10:03p the call was picked up and hung up. I called back and the phone system said it was shut off. I have yet to get my food 2 and a half hours later, now they are closed. This meal was split between 4 people and I didn't get my food so now I have to find food somewhere else.

I'm going to call and just ask for a refund for the incorrect items. But they'll probably only offer me a credit for...
