Subway — Restaurant in Bedford

Absolutely worst customer service I've experienced in a long time placed on online order at 845pm says will be ready at 910pm get to the restaurant sign says open and one lady is inside behind the counter there were 4 people knocking on the door cause again they assume it's open since it says open and there is no sign on door saying it's closed once those people left she unlocks the door comes out and smokes were still sitting in the parking lot cause we were waiting on our order 910 rolls around order online says ready but she has the door locked so I call she answers and says I couldn't do your order were out of chicken ok no problem can you refund me please she begins yelling at me had you called the store I could have told you that ok I was like sorry I placed order online again no issue just do the refund she then starts mumbling she doesn't know how to do a refund then after about 2 mins she goes I will make your sandwiches now at this point I'm extremely confused cause she has already told me she was out of the chicken she said it will be a few mins and hangs up she needs retrained Absolutely disgusting manners to customers and yes I left a tip had I know how rude she was going to be I would not have will never be back to this...

I visited your cheek sparger location around 11:35 on February 26th. As usual, I had started my order online. While building my sandwich from the line, I explained my actions to the sandwich maker, Billy. However, she overrode me, raising her voice and insisting that I place my order online first. I was trying to clarify that I was already doing so. This isn’t the first time my husband and I have encountered Billy’s extreme rudeness and prejudice. I believe she even crossed the line into racism. As I left the store, exhausted and disheartened, I noticed Billy glancing at the customers behind me in line and exclaiming, “See?!” It seemed as if she was attempting to portray me as an angry black customer. I deeply regret the treatment I received and believe disciplinary action is necessary...

Our sandwiches were disgusting. The preparer was heavy handed on all of the condiments. The sandwich was dripping in mayo. I asked for extra tomatoes on my sandwich and got none at all. The lettuce had a bad taste. I brought 4 sandwiches and they all were disgusting. I have been going to this subway for the last 7 years and this is the 1st time this has happened. I brought 2 sandwiches back which they were remade. The other 2 sandwiches, my family wiped off 1/2 of the fixings and just ate them. Unacceptable!!!!. This occurred about 7:30pm / online order.
