Im a big torta guy and I feel like the standard for torta meat around these parts [texas] is the fajita/carne asada.
More than likely, wherever you go. They will have it and if they can't even do that right... They are not for me.
So that's what I ordered.
[That's all im reviewing here, nothing else]
When I get a torta most of the time is because the big back in me wants to eat GOOD...
That being said,
The torta was sadly on the smaller side...
I now know how woman feel when they finally "get" with a guy and they woopout a shrimp vrs the tiger prawn they said they had... dissapointment at its finest.
If you can hold a torta half with only 1 hand your gunna have just PRAY they "know what they're doing" with it because if not. Its just going to be a mediocre at best.
And sadly, that's what I got.
Meat was... ok. Not super flavorfull of anything but not bad per se either. Fillings were decent too.
Doesn't come with sides either. So dont expect fries or anything!
People there are nice. Service was fast.

Read moreTacowboy has become my husband and I’s favorite eating spot, we find ourselves coming here about 3 times a week. Their food is out of this world; there has not been a single thing we have tried that we wouldn’t want to have again many times over. Their tacos, burritos, quesadillas and tortas are the best we have ever had, not just from a food truck, but from all eating places. Their toppings are so incredibly fresh from the cilantro and onions to the limes and radishes - if you have not tried this place, it is absolutely worth it to do so - even if it’s a drive. If we were to ever consider moving, I don’t think I’d be willing to due to not being near Tacowboy. And the customer service….. wow…. these people care about you as a customer, they are so thankful for our order each and every time and they are some of the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I love these people and I love their food. Please, make your day better by trying Tacowboy - you will not regret it (and it may just become your new favorite place like it has...
Read moreI cannot say enough good things about the Taco Cowboy food truck! From the moment I laid eyes on the colorful truck, I knew I was in for a treat. The menu was filled with mouthwatering options, making it hard to choose just one.
I ended up going with the street tacos, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness that left me wanting more.
Not only was the food amazing, but the service was top-notch as well. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued customer. The atmosphere of the food truck was also great, with upbeat music playing and a fun, laid-back vibe.
Overall, I would highly recommend Taco Cowboy to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. I can't wait to go back and try more of their amazing dishes. Taco Cowboy truly is a gem in the world of...
