Stopped in for a quick bite with my coworker. I got the Yemen Mocha Siphon Coffee, and it was fantastic! It's expensive, but if you find yourself here and you like coffee, it's worth a try. My coworker got the Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte, and while we were graciously warned that it would be on the sweeter side, we failed to predict just how sweet it would be! That thing was like a milkshake. It's not too bad if that's what you're looking for, but if you're hoping to taste the bitterness of the matcha, you're better off getting something else. We also got the House Bulgogi Panini and the Pesto Chicken Panini, both on focaccia bread. The ingredients were fresh, the presentation was solid, but both sandwiches ended up being way too salty (not sure if it was the seasoning on the focaccia or the other ingredients, but we'll definitely be ordering future paninis with one of their many other bread options next time). The wait is over. This is the coffee shop Bedford has needed for a long time.

Lots of pourover options. I tried the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and it was delicious. My wife, who prefers sugary coffee, got the caramel macchiato. I tried a sip and it was honestly the best caramel macchiato I’ve ever had. Quality caramel.

We ordered two breakfast croissant sandwiches and they were really really good. Best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in Bedford.
