If you want a response, either rave about them or buy a dry cake and complain about it on here. They don't care about their employees wellbeing as its clearly shown.

Final edit: Tried to leave a comment in their Instagram countless times but they delete it and block because they dont like people knowing that they let older employees bully newer staff. After this experience, I think I'll never stop by again and suggest you do too and look into more ethical bakeries with better business practices. The fact that others have given this a thumbs up shows its happened more than once. The owner (Susan) is flakey.

Edit: No response which is immensely disappointing... You have no issues responding to positive reviews or ones complaining about dry cake but cannot respond to a legitimate concern. You should care about your employees mistreating newer employees to the point that it is heard by customers. The lack of response is concerning. I hope that poor girl is okay. ⭐To the sweet girl who deserves better⭐ If you're reading this babe, tell me a way to contact you. You can work with me in a positive work environment where you wont get scolded for learning. Its close by. It seems like your boss doesn't care about your nasty attitude coworker creating a toxic work environment for you and others when they absolutely should.

This evening on Wednesday Dec 22 around 515 pm I went in for some goodies and was helped by a sweet girl who seemed new. She was asking some questions to a coworker and this coworker was ridiculously rude to her, loud enough for me to hear her and gave the newer girl a nasty look. The rude employee has purple hair, I dont know their names. She was being so unkind to a person just asking for help... she needs to learn to work as a team. This behavior will discouraged future new employees and scare them away from asking questions. I've been in the service industry for a decade, I know how hectic food service can be but that doesn't mean you get to take it out on someone who is just trying to learn. I couldn't imagine being a jerk to someone who's already in the anxiety ridden period of starting a new job. I can only image how uncomfortable this poor girl feels going to work with this grumpy, unkind person. That employee needs to do better. Ok so I have ordered from this place multiple of times... Only for cakes... So I can't review on any other item... They did my wedding cake which came out just how I wanted and wonderful. They have made specific cupcakes for certain events... The pictures don't do justice there animal toppers come out so good. Elephant, mice, reindeer, spider.... And as shown in photos... As for taste... I always get the vanilla with chocolate fudge frosting and not only is it on top it's in the middle... So good but so rich. My sister loves the chocolate one and my friend loves the red velvet. Really great place with nice people... Why did I only give four stars then.... Because of price... Yes, one cupcake is $5 but you know what it's worth it for holidays... With the inflation and all its tough on everyone... I will buy cupcakes from this place every year for my family because they love it that much. Don't go here if you are looking for cheap cupcakes... That's at...

Was craving cake and stopped by for a cupcake. Everytime I have visited I have been compelled by the cheesecake cupcakes although I do not enjoy cheesecake. This time I stuck to my craving and got a regular cupcake…. The cake itself was very dry and crumbly…. And the buttercream was hard and dry (but tastey!!). The overall texture reminded me of a not so fresh cupcake - however, this could be entirely due to the to the fact that the cupcakes are kept in a refrigerated display…. Which, in my experience, often ruins the texture of baked good. Pretty disappointing.

However… even though I am not a fan of cheesecake, I can say that the cheesecake cupcakes have always been good (and cheesecake refrigerates WELL!!)! So if you want a cheesecake cupcake this is the place to go. But if you just want a nice, regular, buttercream topped cupcake…. There are better...
