If I could give zeros I would. I went in today after calling in my order. As I pull up there is a guy in the back with the uniform on smoking by the bar next door. I go inside to a lobby of waiting customers. As we are waiting to pay the guy from outside walks in and goes straight to the chicken without washing his hands or putting on gloves. He appears to be wobbling and unstable so the manger tells him to get on the phone not chicken. He proceeds to grab the arm of the young lady that took our payment and get in her face screaming he was doing chicken. The manager again tells for him to get on the phone and the young lady tells us our chicken isn’t done it’s going to be 15 mins. The guy from outside that we now know as Steve proceeds again to try and do chicken and another customers screams no Steve is touching the chicken he didn’t wash his hands. At this time I asked for the manager and a guy in the back tells he is the manager. I state I would rather have a refund based on all of the insanitary things that I saw. He states that he doesn’t do refunds I asked why he said he doesn’t do them. I said where does it say that. He had no answer. I asked for the owner name he then gets smart and says he doesn’t know it. At this point I’m livid because now your lying and playing games. So after watching all of the nasty things go on I’m supposed to accept this food and not get my $49 back that we just paid. I wouldn’t feed my dog food out of this place. Read moreI was a frequent customer, poor taste in staff choices by owners. For the first time this evening I received a messed up order and spoke to Anastasia which was the manager who took no ownership and gave an excuse to the issue rather then trying to fix the problem, she lacked customer service, leadership and hung up on me. When I called back she was in the background yelling and cussing while I was speaking to the cook name Mike, who gave me another manager name and did let me know that he would be the better person to speak to. So clearly he knows she is unable to lead nor communicate properly as a manager should running a food or any business for that matter. This will be the first step towards sharing the issues of this location I experienced because one person does make a reflection of your business. The person who took my order was incompetent and chose to order me what they think I wanted instead of clarifying what I actually ordered. I ordered 6 Italiano wings which are WHOLE wings and fried in peanut oil and a side of Jo Jo’s instead, I received 6 boiled looking Wing dings. Which I never knew they even carried as a choice, because I only have had and ordered what I ordered. Read moreWe have had many good experiences from this location, but our super bowl experience was NOT one of them. We ordered a pizza to enjoy while watching the game at 4:37 knowing that the delivery time would be longer. We were OK with that. I kept checking at the bank to see when the credit card charge would go on to pending as usual...it didn't for about half an hour. We called the store, but the phone just kept ringing. We knew they would be busy, but not answering...? Really!? Finally after the charge still hadn't posted over an hour later, we called and someone picked up. We asked if the order we placed on line had been received. The girl who answered told us that the on line orders had been turned off for the day because they were so busy. We were not notified nor was there any indication that they weren't taking on line orders when we placed ours. I can't believe this lack of customer service and that a manager had allowed this from the employees. Unbelievable. This pizza hasn't been my favorite and now it will not even be on our list of possibilities when we want to order out next time. It is hard to believe that the manager felt this was good for customer relations. I can't even imagine those who placed orders expecting them for gatherings to watch the game.
