EDIT 6/1/2023: Down from 3 to 1 star. Don't waste your time (unless you have a lot to spare!). No reason to keep trying, I'm done here. Marcos has good pizza but this location is a waste. Orders are never on time anymore, and not even close. I don't even know why they or the online system give you a pickup time. Tonight they lost an order ahead of me, AFTER telling the guy to come back in 10 minutes. 10 more minutes later they still hadn't started his remake. They told me "It's in the oven, less than 10 minutes", when I came to pick up. 20 minutes later, they admitted that my order had not been started, and rudely asked if I still wanted it, nearly an hour after I placed the order. Nope. To top off the fiasco, the manager on shift was very rude and combative with at least 6 different customers, all of whom were upset but behaving perfectly reasonably when they were given very poor service. I keep giving this place more chances when they screw up because I like the pizza, but it just keeps getting worse. I have no more time to waste for this though.
Previous review: Three stars is being kind, I'd leave 2.5 if I could. Good pizza when they make it correctly, but that's a coin flip at best, and the staff are downright rude. Pizza is inconsistent - crust is thick sometimes, super thin other times, and soggy sometimes. If you order any sauce cups you WILL have to ask for them, every time. Pickup orders are usually not ready on time.
The recipes are solid so I'm sure Marco's is good in some locations, but to say this one is lacking is an understatement. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere, unless you love to gamble. Read moreI’m beyond frustrated with this location. Whoever is managing the night shift needs to be replaced immediately. This is the third time in two weeks I’ve ordered delivery and never received my food.
Tonight was the last straw. I ordered a large pizza and crazy bread through the Marcos app. After waiting longer than usual, I called to check on the order (since the last two times this exact issue happened). The same young man answered the phone with an attitude, told me they were “closed,” and when I explained that I had ordered before closing and just wanted to know where my food was, he hung up on me mid-sentence.
He offered no refund, no explanation, and no help—just said DoorDash had my order, but gave me no way to contact them. When I tried to call back multiple times, they refused to answer. It’s now been over 3 hours. I even waited outside in the rain thinking maybe it was still coming—nothing.
The last two times this happened, I ended up having to drive to the store to pick up my order myself, which defeats the purpose of paying for delivery. But tonight I received neither food nor refund. They literally just took my money and hung up on me.

Read moreI purchased a large pizza with two toppings on the evening of 8/29/19. After getting home the dough was not cooked all the way . My girls had one slice each and complained that it did not taste right. I looked at a slice and it appeared to be gummy and wet. I work nights so I did not get a chance to call the restaurant until the next evening. I spoke with a young man on 8/30/19 around 6pm that said he was the manager. I explained what happened, I was told that he does not know how this could happen the same person makes the dough in house, oven temperature is set correctly and was cooked the correct amount of time. The young man proceeded to tell me that he could give me 50% off my next purchase. I asked do you think 50% is fair? I have the remaining pizza here that no one can eat. The young man told me he was being nice about the 50% and normally wouldn’t give anything. I told him I was going to be nice and decline the 50%, because I didn’t feel that it was appropriate for 3 slices from a large pizza.
